Going to Japan for the first time

hi guys, im in japan too for the first time... i am posting from a pc of the hotel that i stay and i only have like 5 minutes, so im sorry for not even searching the forum for an answer to my question but im in such a rush.

can you give me detailed instructions on how to get a vf5 icc card? i thought i would make it on my own but everything was in japanese, so obviously i got lost in the menus.

please leave an answer if you can and i ll check it again tomorrow.
