I really enjoy playing against you, I'm sorry I had to leave. Whatever char you choose I can't win against you cause you know your fundamentals way better than me. I'm gonna try to work on that but before I have to clean my inputs and to improve my hit-checking.

ggs to the french new blood: Sakusama, raspyrateur, christtor
nice to see new french players

and also ggs recently to mackfactor and VFnumbers

GG to you Double S!! I had to play that Nightmarish Lei Fei before you spend all your time on Goh. that Rush down is relents and your switch up is insane. Ur right thought i can guard against certai things but you switch up and i was stuck. Online i don't use fuzzy because i need seems to work right so when i get punished i become frustrated at it. Either i know whats coming or i don't. I tried to make you whiff as much as possible with my spacing because its like once you in proximity you just start reeling off moves. During the last matches we did become pretty basic using some of the same attacks but hey...... If it works why stop it then lol!!! Even though we had 3 bars it really felt like 2 between us though but its nothing as long as we had fun that all that mattters.

GG's to Settra - Nice Brad on Brad matches.. I left early because i had to take my census exam but i needed to get that VF session in to get my mind right. Next time brother. its always a pleasure to play against you.

GG's to Plague - You had them inputs working over time last night and i just could'nt get anything to work (Sword Cancels took the night off.). Fail TE's and the damn 3p+k kept me off-balance. I already went into detail in the message on Xbox live so you already know its nothing but love here. Next time ur on send a invite its always a pleasure to do battle with ur Akira.

Krye: Good Brad mirror matches, but I didn´t know that you were playing Brad. Thx for you advices afterwards, will keep it in mind.

SDS Overfield:Also good Brad mirror´s, I´ll steal some of your setups, hope you dont mind [IMG]

Seidon:Hell, your Jacky were a hard trial for my Brad. I guess a few times I lost over 50% of my lifebar just by Pak Sao.
I have to totally rethink my playstyle with Brad when playing your Jacky, but thats the stuff that keeps the game interesting.

GGs as well to Zakkapa, girlsluvcurls81, THR2, BorisOfWales, Kingo and MDS Prime

Hope that I havent forgot anyone.

and GGs to Lucky. About attacking out of disadvantage. Yeah I think thats the reason I freeze up a lot. I mean... I FEEL like I attack out disadvantage sometimes, but not enough, or not at the right times, i'm not sure which. Oh and any thoughts on my wakeup game (me getting off the floor) would be appreciated.

Overall my game is just so inconsistent, I can get shit going my way once n a while but then it just falls apart.

^GGs man. When your put in a nitaku situation like a blocked shoulder ram, you will always either guard or eteg. So basically I just used throws + delay throws/attacks alot because I had nothing to fear. Gohs reverse nitaku is pretty crappy but sometimes you gotta follow through anyways. You tend to be afraid to attack from disadvantage unless it's like a sabaki move and it's really easy to exploit.

About getting up, I'm basically trying to bait wakeup kicks and whiff punish them a lot of time. You want to be careful not to whiff wakeup kicks, but if you don't use them at all it makes my job just as easy. On sideturned wakeup you should be very afraid to use any wakeup kicks at all. I can basically hit any button and wakeup kicks will just whiff right through me like I was doing with Pai's [P]. After that, all I can really say is be careful and mixup your options a bit better. You would either wakeup kick immediately, backroll or just get straight up with nothing mostly.

Oh yeah that shit was cool man. I honestly haven't seen that before. I'd wakeup kick and you'd just hit punch and woop, you're behind me. LOL. That was very stylish. Thanks for the help.

ppl say ur good. but i dont think ppl know how good u really are. We have good connection and we have long battles very often so i know what u can do. however i think i also gave too much respect and sat back when i had the lead. i dont think at any level i can beat u at this stage in my VF <spacing, yomi, etc>, just watching what u do and waiting for u to make mistakes. Which is a big mistake a did when i played u. I played much better when i just rushed u down.. but each time i was up 2 rounds... I would sit back and wait for u to make mistake when i only needed 1 round to win. Next time, im going to be more brave, and apply my game when i have the lead. I was forced to play ur game when i was up, but i sometimes can feel u were playing my game when i just went autopilot. thats the first time i played ur jeffrey. Hope to see ur goh one day..I hear ur goh is also one of the best, i dont doubt it for a sec. but wanna see it.

Does Rikkoujang or any of these people even read these forums? Sometimes it seems like people are writing to people that aren't even on here. Maybe it's just to journal their thoughts.

I have seen his name when I do random searches for players. I don't get any bars from him at all if he is as good you guys say playing online I might want to try him out once. I usually don't play in bad connections but if he is that good with all the lag, I hate to see how good he is offline.

ggs over the last few weeks to a month to everyone i've played (however sparse the list.)

but especially you, social. i really appreciate you making time to play the game with me, and sharing thoughts across emails. I wish time and circumstance would allow for me to play more, and to play like i want to. But living in alaska, it is a hopeless and lost cause. Regardless, i appreciate sharing the last few wks of vf with you. (despite all my efforts otherwise, i'll have to find a new "B" hobby behind working out.)
--you are getting stronger and stronger bro. look forward to seeing how far you can take the twin torch.

thanks to everyone else who has (to at least some small extent) put up with the utter worthlessness of my snow, desolate connection. I'm afraid the game just isn't worth playing under these circumstances (as many of you know, since you bow out after 2-3 matches for the same reason.)

looks like i'll be hanging the blindfold back up again........ at least for the most part.
