Playing you is always fun. I don't recall winning convincingly the way I did in our last pai vs jacky match up very often I just wish it would have lasted longer. I would have played you yesterday with my Van but I was caught in a tight match vs Zakkapa's lion, great lions are to a dime a dozen these days.

Just to warn you : I'm trying to play with different characters these days, when I switch I'm little confused, part (only a small one) of the weird things you see me doing are because I try to go into Sarah's treat stance, to use Brad's low throws or Jeffry's reversals...etc...

i know i've played others recently, and i told myself i would get on here and tell them ggs, but i waited to long and now i don't remember everyone., sorry

 

GGs last night to Grusslegrosser. I saw your chat request but was in the middle of a game of Worms 2 Armageddon with some buddies. Was there something in particular you wanted to discuss?

I noticed something about your style. After the first five matches it almost seemed like someone else was playing me. I know some people claim to need a warm-up. All I know is your overall gameplay went up quite a few levels. It took me a couple matches to adjust.

GG's to shadowmaster. Before I played you my session today was a nightmare, but at least it got decent after we played again for the first time in a while. I realized that you would stand and block for the longest of times for some reason, so I took advantage of that and threw you whenever I wanted or Threat P; It seems like after I do a combination of 2p into standing P then you freeze up, that's a habit that I noticed. I really liked the spacing you created in some of those games making me whiff my moves and punishing me, that's a step in the right direction to wake me up! Also just a note that when I use the middle stab that gives me an automatic crumple on hit + it's punishable, so punish me!

 

I hadn't played lion in a while as I said before and I hadn't played a great Jeff in even longer then that, my rust showed in our set. I will be playing him for now since I have grown bored of play Pai and Van again. I have harder getting used to used him compared when I play Pai or Van after a time away from them but I think I will stick with lion this time around alittle bit longer than I usual do to really get comfortable with him.

 

Alright I got you, I look forward to playing your lion again once you've gotten more comfortable with him!

 

Good games to Stl Seiju and Ang 617 for the extended VF5 sessions this past Saturday night. It sucks for me to not be able to play VF5 during the evenings and nights when most semi-serious/casual and hardcore VFers are on playing.

Also, a "thank you" message goes out to those who I played single matches against early Saturday and Sunday mornings.

And again -- please don't get offended if I bailed on you after one match. I'm just trying to get in as many matches as I can against a variety of people. If anyone wants to play me for a longer session just hit me up through Xbox Live with a message or through chat. I don't need to be on your Friends list to communicate with you (though that does make things more convenient if I were on it, heh). Regardless, I would like to hear from many of you fellow VF heads that I haven't come across all that often. I'm a reserved, chilled out cat.

Thanks gg, but the voice chat was an accident. It does take me a few rounds to warm up (sometimes I forget to use certain moves) but I'm not sure what exactly I was doing differently. Do you recall how I was playing before and after the change?
