i dont know if ppl know this but..
its harder to tech when they are lieing sideways, possible but a lil harder. i think also its easier to crush wr, I havent tested im jus assuming.

Ex. 46p, p, K+G open. (goh)

GG'S dennis; let me try wolf today, i havent used him in a match yet. but i know his frames. and i looked at his combos 3 times, so it should be acceptable now. Goh vs Wolf was fun. Shrm in cls stance vs him is not bad... jeff too, i should experiment with that a lil more vs those two and say what i can go through.

Don't usually post much these days, but I had fun last night with Plague, Mackfactor, SilentNephilim, and WEIAND. Hope you guys didn't mind my color commentary.

Hmmm... Since it was littered with: "OMFG! You are kicking my ass! Time to stop you from winning!" How could I possibly mind? XD

Seriously, it was great to get games in. When you went to get a beer, I was thinking "Oh... good. Things will get easier for me in just a minute or two." Glad you showed up to the party. Glad that Kobi and Dennis0201 and MackFactorMariaOzawa69PornLotsOfScreenNames and Silent Nephilim and THE WEIAND were there, too. Great night.

I'll be on tonight for a bit. Be working on the DVD Saturday morning. Be playing again after that.

having problems with good lau's with goh ) :
With wolf i been using the actual winegrip.. when i get better with that, i can see myself moving much quicker with winegrip than the one im using now ( and actually use that grip with goh), im getting the hang of it. i can only use that grip with wo, cus i can max input throws easily with it. didnt realize how comfortable it is with inputs, and akira combos.


i finally beat this wolf player from japan who is a great friend of mine with goh.. took me till now ( : . i have taken the beat down for 1 yr and half now, lol. i dont think i can do that with walls though. not only do i have to now think about different character match ups, i should maybe start to think what i can do better against him, in a area with little space and big walls ) : .. once he figures out what i adjusted, he'll prob go back to destroying me

I noticed that you did 46P instead of 43P a lot last night(for the air combos), probably due to lag affect I guess. Let's try next time and just send me inv

 

Yeah - that just started last night. Hadn't played for a while. Just bad inputs I suppose.

 

GGs darth,

I noticed that once you are in difficulty with Wolf you resort to DMPK a lot. instead of focusing on your opponent, you switch to auto-pilot mode. Sometimes playing you feels like playing the AI in quest mode, in that it NEVER adapts and teaches you to deal with ONE specific set-up.

Marly, as usual, I think you over-interpret my posts.

Let me see if I over-interpreted your post:

Did you mean "dont complain about DMPK cause you dont know how to deal with it?"

If that is what you understood, then: I can beat darth dmpk, and in fact I 3-0 him a few times just by using shun K+G or 8K+G...he did not stop doing it.

Granted, I can deal with wolf DMPK better with specific characters...shun is pretty good, others not so much.
