GGs to everyone I played tonight, so many of yall. N special shout out to those still holdin it down online .

 

GG's lately to Manjimaru, Seidon (I should've been able to handle your sudden pp4k mashing better, if you try it again sometime I'll be more prepared ), Rodnutz, Smince, Infamous Geezer, White Worm, Kingo, AnimalStaccato, Zakkapa, Sowderjamie, Chief Flash, The Weiand, Air Jacky, Happyfriend Lau, Shun Is Drunk, Titantony, JerkyVFDC and Mana Knight. GG's to a lot of new/returning players as well, it's nice to see what an FS announcement can do to VF online.

 

GGs manji, but i thought our games were very playable?

Finally got on VF tonight, I actually forgot about how poor the online play is Anyway GGs to...

Xzyx987X - All sorts of bullshit was going on in these games for me, never attempting to evade mid-string online ever again! Fun games though even if it was a beatdown for me

ShadooLord - Fun games, your Pai has definitely improved over the years Too much lag for me though, that combined with months of not playing

Btechboys - Seemed like a drunk Seidon acting all n00b

I don't think i'll be getting on VF much until FS drops, it's just not the same game when playing overseas folk, even if it is fun in a messed up way. I really hope we can get a decent offline community once FS is out, not just here in the UK but worldwide.

 

GGs go out to Shangster Boston. Yes I know his history from the site and how he's been banned fromed the site x amount of times, but he's a damn good player ready to break any players dm habits. A few nights ago we were playing and I did dmpk and he put me in a low throw he did it 3 to 4 times, he was also really good at putting me at dissadvantage with 9 pk on get up over an over again.
I know people have pleaded his case before but I think he needs to be reinstated on the site he just has so much to teach to get us ready for vf5fs.

GGs recently to Blossy1000, Smince82, Marley Jay, Andi001, Ced h tone, Weiand, infamous geezer.

I haven't played much the last 6 months (new guitar makes me ) so i thought i was just a bit shittier than normal but it turns out my te stick isnt registering diagonals too well.
It's as if the 4, 6 and 2 directions are too sensitive or take priority suddenly. I've stripped it and everything looks fine.
Any idea if its just wear ( it's 2 years old) or should i just order a new part?. Cheers

I figured it was that I know you play Akira much better than that but I am trying to get used to getting more aggressive with Pai so when FS comes out I can stay ahead of the people that will play the game. I want to give special mention to Izuna Otoshi. I don't play against any competent Pais or Vans and his Van was just what I needed I am not used to being the victim of defensive elbows and Vanessa's punishing offense. If I could get matches with those characters that would be the best. My van sucked as expected but it is okay though. Seeing the set ups I saw Izuna Otoshi do encourages to keep going no matter how badly I lose with my crappy Van.

Sorry Boris it's boring, i got an Almansa 434 classical guitar but having been to see BB King and Joe Bonamassa this past month i reckon my old Strat will be getting cranked up again.

LOL feck, you can buy that guitar but 20 years from now you'll feel like you're still playing the same old shit

btw. pointless bit of fun but which characters moves do you reckon are least dependant on diagonal inputs?

GG's to Junosynth and AssasinCP, you guys are too strong atm! Helping a ton with my rustyness though, I'm already starting to get pretty comfortable, thanks for the games!

 

ggs recently to blossy1000, assasian nice lau, manaknight and jean quenton havent seen you on in a while your pai is stronger than your goh. its nice to read somone else on here plays guitar as well. cannot beat a bit guitar and vf they compliment each other for instance learning all the commands on vf is similar to learning chords on a guirtar.

 

GGs this weekend to Krye, Jean querentin, Seidon, Gameztrix and a huge amount of new faces.
The FS announcement has given vanilla new live, I´m really curious how long it´ll last.

The enjoyment I'm getting is from the losses I'm being handed by the people who have never left in the first place. I know it's difficult to play with interest/work/family related issues, but the way the level of play has evened out - we're gonna have a spectacular pool of players when FS drops. Shouts to those who put in the hours ... I'm carrying KY next time we play just in case.

 

Haha, that is untill you get into all the weird augmented/suspended/uber weird fingering chords.
