The voice acting in SA for fire victims is...quite well done. You could tell they were having fun with it, but some of the screams are alarmingly accurate (not that I've ever heard anyone on fire). Get some molotov cocktails and hear it for yourself.

Yeah, I retract that. SA had engaging voice effects. Moltov plus immunity to flame (Fire Truck missions) was something I used a lot.

Molotov's while fireproof is indeed the best way to deal with gang territories and also going on horrific rampages after a shitty day at work.
