I will be in chi-town this weekend and hope to play alot of vf with all of you or at least get together for dinner??? Anyway, I know there are alot of tournaments, so I will see all of you eventually throughout the weekend. Let's get it on!

Hello everyone,
I dunno who is free this weekend, but I am definitely coming out there for Mitsuwa and some Yakiniku. Who is free for a weekend of vfing? Please post back before friday, because I will not have the internet handy to check this board. Should be out there around 6 to 7 pm friday and hopefully staying until sunday if there is alot of vf comp??? Please lemme know..

so far its been soo much fun ..
tourney was definately an experience.... loved it and it made me miss the scene...
so far everyone is still sooo cool..
Adam says the NY crew is the same ,, if they are then we know that s a lot fun..
Met stomp and the rest of the florida crew,
very cool group,, they play really well too (made me like shun) and they invited us over anytime....
anyway,,
the networking is always fun especially since everyone gets along very well..

Hey guys. I'll be at Columbia this Friday. There's supposed to be an SC2 tourney this Friday (not 100% sure), but I would definitely like to get some VF4 in if it's possible. I finally have a PS2 at the dorm and picked up Pai ( <3 !! ) and tried working on some tech (esp. DTEG).

Well, dorm is a bad idea. No Tv, I basically play on my 19" monitor through an adapter. I'd be eager to play you and shota whenever possible though.

I'm glad I have DTEG down. Helped me a lot in some of the matches and I wasn't getting free CH's for trying to escape throws. Yay.

So I take it the tourney is still on for Friday? You know I'm always down for some Evo action. I definitely wanna try my Pai against yours after some of the beatings you gave me last Friday. I still think I did okay since I don't have a system to practice on anymore. I had to "borrow" my 11 yr. old cousin's system this week so I could practice. I'm starting to work with Sarah and I think I'm fairly decent with her now. I just hope that we get enough people to have a decent Evo tourney. Meeting up with you on Friday's is the only time I get to play against anyone with respectable skill.

 

Also, since the SC2 is a bi-weekly, I was thinking if a VF4 bi-weekly would be possible to fit in between... I'll bring it up next time I'm there.

Like having the Evo tourneys in between the weeks that we have the SC2 tourney's? Sounds like a plan.

 

There's no gathering/tourney this week (5/14), but next week I was wondering if we can start the VF4EVO bi-weeklies the week after. I know there's interest and like the SC2 one, shouldn't take much to run one.
