Hi kids,

Probably won't be there at 12pm sharp, but I will definitely be there. Need to go to the Soul Cal 2 tourney at Erin Mills Town Center to see if any of my TO crew is playing, and if the comp stinks then I'll leave the tourney early and go to Metro Square to play some Evo goodness.

Update on the status of the machine at Metro Square. I had left a message for Vince and I never heard back. However, I did pop in yesterday to see what's up and played on both sides. I found no issues with any buttons or sticks. I used Akira to test out the sides. I could m-DbPm, SPoD, DLC, dodge, CD, without any difficulty on both 1P and 2P sides. So, if they were wonky then they've been fixed. /versus/images/icons/smile.gif

What does not getting buttons fast enough have to do with not coming today /versus/images/icons/confused.gif? Whenever we play it's at an arcade...no need for buttons.

I went to VF/A last night to pick up some VCDs of the last Toronto 3rd Strike tourney and I got to play some of the 3rd Strike elites in VF4e. They're GOOD, although I don't know why they don't show up to the gatherings and all =( I think I got to play Nelson (pCat), Cool_Killer and SOS2, all of them were pretty good... and they all use Akira! I can't remember the last time I got SPOD'd and DLC'd so much yet won a match, haha. =)

Maybe if we can't get them to come to one of our gatherings at Metro Square, maybe we can go to one of theirs.

I'll be there in the afternoon (12 to 5/6) and in the evening (9/10 till close). It'd be great if you can ,ake it for either of those times. At least your Akira will have a live target to pound senseless.

Probably won't be able to make it since I'll have to catch a flight on the 29th.
Ken's really sick these days, so I guess he won't be able to make it neither.
I'll ask Joe to come and have some fun with you guys....I think he has work till 5:00pm though.

Cahnge of plans for me. I can't make it for the evening session (10 till close). Had a good time fighting BMF, and Clem from 1 to 5 though. BMF can struggle like nobody's business, and a damn fine Akira to boot!
