Now that that's out of the way, that SoCal trip sounds great. I'd do it. Only thing is that I might be going to Daytona sometime in July and of course, money, since I now have to think about rent.

 

We'll see what Ladon has to say, and make plans accordingly.

SoCal in July? from what it looks like, that's about $500 each for a roundtrip flight, probably more. That's a little steep for me, sorry guys. If we wait till October, we're looking at a possible $200 difference, which is a little more likely, but still on the steep side of things. The price of fuel has gone up, including jet fuel... dammit all ;_;

 

What about NY for the tournament?

 

Considerably cheaper. Travelocity.com proclaims that a trip to NYC on July 21 (had to pick a date, so i just went random ), roundtrip, would be 208.60 after taxes and fees.

Is anyone planning on going to VTYME?


Its a HUGE Gaming Convention in the Washington DC area.


It will take place on July 22/23.


I hope for a good 32 plan VF4: Evo tournament!!! The last VA tournament I ran, had about 16 players. I know with VF being at an event like VTYME which will host OVER 500 GAMERS, VF will surely have a great showing!!!!
