Enk quick question does Wolfs "stevie kick" aka d/f+k+g always stun the opponent? I'm starting to like the big injun, but geezus pony tail mataar gave me one hell of a time today. I found his Jeff shit way irritating with Wolf, it seems that Jeffs got more mixups as far as regular attacks to me. Although I think Wolf is better overall, Jeff imo, seems to give Wolf more than a run for his money, while Wolf is better versus the rest of the cast than Jeff. Your thoughts?

going to try and make it, not that i have anything else to do....ah so you're gonna let a woman get in your way of playing vf....i see.

not that i'm enk, but if i am correct d/f k+g staggers all the time unless it hits. i love using it. down and k after, does his f,d,k. maybe just a back turned attact, i dunno, but looks like f,d,k.....wtf do i know, i suck. btw, i had fun using jeff 2night. hellstab into low throw is nasty looking. wtf is the timing and input for tkod anyways.? i've 'seen it in some move lists and other posts what it is, but it has varied from post to post....oh well fuck me running backwards...../versus/images/icons/crazy.gif

Stevie kick staggers when it hits, regardless if they are blocking or not. The only time it won't stagger is when the opponent is in the air when it hit, or if they are crouching, and if they were crouching the Stevie kick, it would just go over their head. You can follow up the Stevie kick stagger with a d+k(stomach crumbles), pickup, stunner if you time d+k right.

Wolf should beat Jeff. Wolf has the stunner, and f,d+k that crumbles in ver B.

I like setting up for a stunner by doing a charged shoulder attack to stagger(hopefully they block high and don't crouch) and then following it up with the stunner. Or a stunner if they block an arrow knuckle real(b, d/f+p). It's Tooooo Sweet!

    Directions:

-Take I4 to John Young Parkway, make a left at the light.
-Go 7 lights down or so, til you see "TWO" massive buildings under construction.
-Make a Left at the light after TWO BUILDINGS "Whisper Lakes BLVD".
-My subdivision is Whisper Glenn on the right, now there are two entrances to Whisper glenn so take the second.
My house once you pull into Whisper Glenn is 2024, first street on Left "NORFEILD CT", first house on the right, on the corner. You'll see it once you pull in. =) Any questions call me or Mikey.

Hey guys, I had a great time. Next time Axel will come too. He had to do some moving and stuff. But yeah, I am getting better with Shun and Lau and it's cool. I got to play Enkindu a lot today and also IMF. See you guys soon.

Good games to everyone today. Unfortunately I didn't play as much as I had wanted to. I felt like shit, coughing, sneezing, aching, man it was hard to concentrate. You guys are getting better everytime I see you.

Unc- Very glad you could make it today, somewhat suprised to see you pull up at my house, sort of wierd feeling but once you got inside everything was cool. I hope you had more fun than anticipated at the "console" gathering =). Next time bring UT =). We'll throw down.

Enk- Very glad you could make it too. I know we've had our differences in the past but it was really nice to see you with all of us. Your an important asset to Fl. VF and hope you can keep on coming. BTW good Wolf vs Wolf =)

Stomp- You rock, Your like the best guy to have at any gathering. Your extremely personable and a lot of fun to listen too. Your game has come a long way since last week. Your lau is tough, and your shun is tougher =). Nice games.

Jake- Great games today, honestly your Jeffrey is "Almost" as intimidating as IMF's Akira =). almost /versus/images/icons/tongue.gif.

Dude- Sarah madness, no matter who you choose to play your always solid as a rock to play against.

IMF- =) Great warmup, Jacky vs Akira is starting to look really good. Blue Bunny bitch =).

Mikey- My little brother is really trying to get good with lion. I'm working with him but its slow going =), he'll get there.

Cappo- Sorry, You live so far. If I had come and picked you up it would have been 4 hours on the road today. Maybe next time we can meet half way or something =).

BTW- I'm off tomorrow (monday) "ALL DAY" any body want to get in some games anytime tomorrow, let me know via phone call. I'll be home.

Wierd feeling? eh? So what are you saying? That I make you feel all tingly? That I am arousing you? Do you think I'm some sort piece of meat to tantalize your tenderloins?

    Joking /versus/images/icons/wink.gif

Np, remember what I've always said, I use these forums as a form of entertainment. Hell you should have read the Enkindu, UnCauzi hell that happened on Shoryuken.com. Me and Enk are still cool.

Btw Dan may make it next time, so it may be time to raise the roof. Geezus and tell your little brother that if he keeps talking so much shit, I might get him and Dan confused. LOL, good shit kid, almost made me feel like I was at Rockys for a minute there /versus/images/icons/wink.gif

Well thanks Blonde one. I am glad you enjoy my company. Yeah, I think I am getting better with the other players that I am using. The Dude's lion game gets more and more sicker everytime I see him play. That's funny as heck how you guys don't talk a lot. But I guess me and Uncauzi are the chatter boxes. Who knows. Next time, if my schedule frees up, I will bring you guys some homemade chili and salsa and chips.

A warlord once stopped at a monastery on his way home from a successful military campaign. He came to visit the abbot who was an old teacher of his.

As the abbot and the warlord sat in the courtyard pleasantly chatting and drinking tea, they were distracted by an argument between a novice and a senior monk. The novice was complaining that the meditation technique given him by the senior monk was ineffective and worthless. "It cannot teach me how to concentrate much less meditate," shouted the novice. "Give me a more reliable technique."

Observing that the argument was distressing his old master, the warlord stood and said, "Please, Master, allow me to help this young man." When the master nodded his assent, the warlord summoned six of his archers.

The warlord then filled his teacup to the brim and carefully handed it to the novice. "Take this cup of tea," he ordered, "and without spilling a single drop, carry it around the entire periphery of this courtyard."

As the novice took the cup the warlord commanded his archers, "Follow him! If he spills a single drop, shoot him!" The archers drew their bows and began to walk beside the novice who, in the next twenty minutes, learned how to concentrate.

Gee Enk, thanks for that wonderful story. I didn't know you were so philosophical. I got a story for you. One time I was doing Wu Ji ( a form of meditation known as nothingness) and thoughts were racing through my head. The whole goal is not to think of anything. But anyways, the first thought that came to my head while I was doing this was that I needed to pick up some groceries. Then as I acknowledged it, I let it go and went back to my breath. Then the second thought that raced through my head was the fact that I wanted to play Virtua fighter 4 after I was done with my workout. Then I acknowledged that and then went back to my breathing. Then the third thought I had was this girl I met the weekend at this club. So what's the point of my story? Well there really isn't a point, but I would have to point out that my exsistance as a guy is three things. Food, videogames and women. Early.

Thanks to everyone who came as well. Hope to see you all next week.

Concentration clouds awareness. When asked how he could manipulate all of his legs without effort the centipede was crippled.

    Well,

I just got down getting my ass handed to me by Blonde_one. LOL, no seriously though, Blonde came over and we did a little VFing tonight.

All in all this was a good learning experience for me. I got to see how I stood against other players. I learned some things and I hope Blonde went home with a chunk of knowledge.

I mostly played Shun di, Lei fei. Blonde played wolf, jacky, and Lei. I have to say, his jacky is very nasty. I was having trouble with him going easy.

The highlight of the brawl had to be going at it pretty intensely with me using lau, vs. his wolf. That got really crazy.
Anyway, I hope to join you all at the sunday events. and add me to the roster of VF players in orlando. Trust me, I will become the best ever with Lei Fei, and you will fear my funny little white dots.

Thanx alot for having me Jedi, I'm really impressed with you still playing VF after such a long time of not finding anyone to play it with. Your Lei Fei is coming along nicely and your lau was mad hard to get a hold of at times =). From the moment we started playing I could tell you've played before. Team Hydra, I like that. Anyways this sunday is a go again. It might be held a little later than usual, say around 530-10 or so. But still a gathering non the less. Jedi I am glad you've found the light, now time to find enlightenment in VF and all its Gameplay Wonders =). Good luck.

Hey guys just a thought but most of us Fl. guys have IRC or ICQ chat services. Thats why we have those blooming flowers by our names on VFDC. I think it might make it easier and probably worthwhile to get IRC or ICQ chat services so we can all chat together. Just a thought =).

I've been on irc forever, same chat that Creed, rsw, and resident vfdc big wigs are on #vfhome on efnet. Btw, any chance we could do some soulcalibur play at the next gathering? Some freinds of mine from Tampa would love to come up and play. Apparently they've learned a lot of new tricks from WcMaxi, which sux, cuz I've stagnated on that game hardcore.

Sorry, I am not on irc. But I am on aol instant messaging. My screen name is acupuncturekid Just fyi for you guys. I am terrible at Soul Calibur but I am sure that if you guys hook up a tv, my friend Axel can bring his dc and his copy of soul calibur to Chris's place if it's ok with Chris. We also have two standard controllers. Hey Uncauzi, you don't play Pokemon Puzzle league do you? (aka tetris attack aka Pan de leon )
