[Hydra] VF4 in Florida, what a wonderful thing!

Nice Enk I wonder if they were the same japs I played? Yeah, the one guy beat me one game cause I was to busy talking to Dan. I think he got insulted that I dared talk to someone while playing/beating him /versus/images/icons/wink.gif

But yeah they did have some nice tricks. Tricky lil bastards.

Btw Dan will be coming to the next one so prepared for things to get loud, oh? Do you mind if I bring my DC and soul calibur? I've got a new jones for that game and Dan can help me practice /versus/images/icons/wink.gif He's actually pretty decent at that one, seems to concentrate more and save the yelling for later.

 

Question! Do any of you plan on playing during OD? It's happenning on the 21st and just about every Orlando player is planning on showing up, plus some players from outside Orlando, which include: Tampa, Miami, and maybe Jacksonville, may even have some players from NyC.

Granted most of these players are coming to play the 2D games such as MvC2 and CvS2 but just about every game will be on hand. This is my first attempt at a console tourney and just want it to be wicked. Let me know your thoughts!

 

Cool beans Uncauzi. My friend Axel will play you guys in SC if you bring it there. He likes that game a lot and wants to play to get prepared for SC2. If I make it to OD on the 21st at your apartment, I want to play KI on snes. lol.

DeathBringa, you play SC? If you're interested in some competition, I play every Tues. and Thurs. from 5:30-9/10 down at the Marshall Center in USF. I bring my DC and we hook it up to the TV they have by the pool tables. You're more than welcome to come down for some matches. If you play on arcade sticks, you'll have to bring your own cause I only have one.

 

Hahaha, Some of us go to play VF4, but yet last week i ended up playing way more SC than VF4
I think i might wanna get into SC, i seem pretty good at it.

Haha, once again I had fun at this Gathering. Btw, Axel says thanks to everyone as well. He's not online. So I am his representative at this moment. He is currently seeking a long term contract with bonus incentives. Ok, that was cheezy. Never mind about that. Hey guys, today was a good gathering, but where was all the other people? Dan, Gaishou, Enk, I know the dude was out doing some stuff. Possibly ditching us for some fine ass looking asian chicks that are into anime and videogames as well as knowing how to dance liquid and breaks. lol. Dammit The Dude, why didn't you invite me! lol. Also Un, next time bring some food over so you can stay longer. Us chatter boxes need time! haha. Ok, here is my breakdown of the players I played today. Since Blonde one usually does this, I figured I might jump on this bandwagon and try this one out. (drumroll please)

Mike: I like your Kage game. You had some good fights with my Axel. That was a riot.

Jedi Fei: Once you get the whole form of yang style long form 108 in tai chi, your Lau game will improve.

Blonde one: I didn't get to play you today, but your Jacky game is getting faster and faster. If you can get that horse on the back of your jacket, you will be faster!

Ghost Dog: Thanks for coming out and it was nice playing your shun and Aoi game. Both very good at the chipping away game, the way I like to play it. I learned lot with Aoi and I might try and play her again. Since I tried her the first time and totally thought she should go to hell! Also, thanks for laughing at my jokes.

Axel: Your shun game is pretty sneaky there. I like it more and more. NOw I only wish you would play that way with me, so we can actually record a good shun vs shun old man, dance fight. (get in your car and get out of there, Freddy Kruger)

IMF: Hey, my Lau game is getting better huh? I hope you can feel it since I think I almost stole one of your orbs to keep in my collection of things I stole from society. IE: candy from babies, seats at basketball games, ect. lol. Just kidding on the ie part.

Well another gathering gone by, another learning experience.

As always everyone brought there A-game and did very well.

Blonde-didnt play you at all, but i did see your fights. I fear your wolf.

IMF-Intense, F@!#$* Intense. I dont think ive ever played a more technical, mind game orientated match in vf before. You akira is very tight, with little margin for error. Im glad that I did pretty well. But in the end the subjugator showed me why hes mr. ora ora, Oh yea and pai owned you lol

Stomp and Axel-as always, great games, you guys are solid with everyone, its fun to play you and always a challange. Stomp, nice lion game. Axel, you shun is badass, we have to get together and come up with some nasty stuff with jiji

Ghostdog-Awesome vanessa. Great games, Looks like the ball is in our court. We have to visit you next.

Deathbringer-Nice game, I hope you will come to more gatherings. Ive only been going to them for about 2 weeks and already my game has improved 10 fold. Im sure if you keep coming you will improve, just dont give up. I think it was ernest who said you have to fall down to get up. Im not sure what that means but It sounds good.

Mickey-PUT DOWN SMASH BROS. your kage will own all if you get into vf hardcore.

Jody- Hey man sorry, I had to beat you or it was twenty out of my pocket =). Now you get to come to all my gatherings and become one of the best.

Stomp- I didn't get to play you but from what I saw your lau is getting better everytime you pull him out.

Axel- Great games!! Your Jacky is getting there. I hope you continue to improve at the rate you are. And your shun is an alcoholic =).

Jedi- Your lei is getting very tough to beat. Everytime I see you, you ask hardcore questions, get answers, and use more and more hardcore things in your game. Keep it up. =)

Did you guys see how nastier imf's Akira game is becoming? It's almost insane. Anyways, I am hoping to make it on thursday so I can also bring my digital and take some more pics to submit to Jody's website. That will be cool.
