Is SC4 that great of a fighting game?

I respect your decision alot, and it must be nice to have online as an alternative as well...As for me, I'm stuck w/ SC IV(With tons of comp online/offline), until R comes home with online I hope...

Sort of agree with this post, but don't forget that the Star Wars gimmick alone helped moved tons of SC IV discs....Not to say VF needs something like that...but, that fact, plus SC's already over-the-topness "flash" is a big draw...Not to mention the new and improved customization options...

I really think it's going to be hard for any upcoming fighter besides SF IV(Which will sell many on name alone), to top SC IV's market success and popularity...

 

But but all it lead to was a ring out. Raising a gate in the beggining of the round is nothing. For instance SC4 has a stage in the circus arena where if you slam a person into the wall it fall extending the stage a few more meters. I would for sega to include stuff like this rather than a ring out. Anyway SC4 is a decent game and when you play against people who knows whats they are doing its pretty cool.

 

"phantasmagoria" actually was my favorite level when I tried to play it. Yeah, it was really cool.
