KOF XII

How ironical ...

 

I heard from a friend that the patch actually made things better. Now I really want to pick it up, though I probably just wait for a price drop seeing as I have no income.

 

when did the newest patch come out? Last I turned my XII on I saw no patch and lag like it was 1995 on 56k.

 

Not quite, Colorful Tengu. Most people over here rejected KOF12 as well.

I don't know why it's so popular here either, but I believe it has something to do with accessibility. SNK arcade cabs are pretty cheap apparently so there's lots of them everywhere around here, specially KOF ones.

 

Just forget this game. The netcode update did nothing. Get ahold of 2k2 unlimited match (it's coming out on XBL soon) and/or play some games on GGPO.

 

I take it you haven't played 98 ulimited on Xbl..the connection suck and the game feel sluggish offline. Its has a delay but the console optioon of 98 moves natural.
