- Sega has released Virtua Fighter 4 Evolution Ver.B in arcade this week, an upgrade to the popular fighting game, which adjusted the game balance and fixed problems with the network components. Note that if you play the new version with your Character Access Card, the data will be automatically updated to Ver.B, and you cannot use it anymore with the older versions of the game.

hmm our cards get updated as well, although i doubt itll affect us that much =P

After the manager reset the game, everything went back to normal.

hey did he turn on the sound of cabinet 2, i always forget to ask them before i leave. And hopefully we can get a 50 cent start in the near future.

Yes the card slot now works.
They probably wont set the game to .50 to start until the game pays for itself.

Hi, new visitor to the forum here, I talked to the owner at ai and he is trying to get the upgrade version of evo, just not guaranteed though since it's up to his supplier if he can get it. I also asked about whether it was possible to connect to the net and he said it requires someone from sega to install the network. Also requires a monthly fee. They also got in new cards today, has pic of all characters on it.

Well, not like it's surprising to anyone, but I won't be there on Thursday. I have never so many people in my life who were not free on weekends. Anyway, I'll probably make it on Saturday.

damn i went AI today around 4pm
i played only hour and half cuz something happened at AI. i dont really know wat was going on there. several police were checking something in the cashier and suddenly they asked us(everyone) to leave..... damn

Hi guys, I'm a 3rd dan Kage player and fairly new to Virtua Fighter (was playing Tekken since 1995 /versus/images/icons/grin.gif ). I'd like to get more into the VF scene, since Tekken 4 was very disappointing. What's the arcade most of you play at, AI? Can someone list the address? Hopefully it's not too far from where I live (the San Fernando Valley).
