That's true and all, Jinx,I read an EGM article with Justin Last year and he said he does't use charge characters or anyone with command grabs. Imho a real "pro" player should be a master with any character in the game.
But when you really look at it, is` his "tier whoring" really his fault or Capcom's fault for making an unbalanced and sometimes broken game? If Capcom was doing its job and balance the game (they make 50 iterations to each game and still don't balance it? WTF!) Wong wouldn't be able to tier whore. Don't hate the player, hate the game.

I was watching a Fuudo interview after his EVO win and he mentioned an interesting tidbit I've never heard before. He said he uses his sixth sense in the middle of a match. I'm a martial artist and practice a lot of meditation, sometimes because of all the mental spiritual training I may act intuitively in a match or sparring session and act intuitively and do something truly inspired, with little to no time to process or plan it , at just the right time. Hearing Fuudo say he uses his sixth sense makes me think the Japanese players really approach videogames with another mindset.
"Sixth sense " is something you hear associated with the martial arts, not video games. Very interesting.
Smart money would be to bet on the Japanese player, and I don't know how smart it is to challenge him to a money match.

Sixth Sense from Fuudo I will accept. Sixth Sense from random guy I talk to in an American Arcade (I'm thinking old dudes I fought in the '90s).... well umm... yeah...

Back in the '90s there were some whacked theories at some arcades... I imagine some of them had herbal inspiration!

But I do believe that for highly experienced/honed player playing at a high level, there is wisdom and intuition--and I'll assume Fuudo has that! His ability to read people and feel them out is scary!

The difference between a genius and a madman is in the results.

I kind of want VF to be as tight as VF4 was, I feel like I don't need to be 'on the edge' with VF5. When youre playing tight enough youstart thinking about things like "sixth sense".

I hate to derail a thread about no trash talk (that seems to have a lot of trash talk) but what are your complaints?

    seems sound to me.

    Oh most definitely.

The quite healthy as far as juices go, just watch calories. That's why it's so expensive, the price keep it from making the juice game broke.

I get down with the Raspberry Lemonade and Grapefruit.

That was directed at SDS, but since you will be coming back early next year (family still in St. Louis?)...I will have one offline match with you for $50 worth of simply orange :p.

Yup, Raspberry Lemonade is definitely my fave. The Limeade may not be high tier but I have a soft spot for it, too.

Shou's coming back to the states next year? Shou Kumite!?!?

Ok, maybe I should have elaborated on what I meant by "food match".

    You play a set.

Loser of the set pays for the winner's next meal. ($15 ~ $20 in value)

NOT "Yo son, I got 3 Mc Nuggets (from my pocket) on this one ..."

    *smh*
