Live action VF movie (what if?)

A live action Virtua Fighter movie? No, I refuse to see something like this to happen. The Virtua Fighter series are fine the way they are. If it is going to be a live-action movie, it has to be accurate with the storyline of the games.[/size]

 

With the upcoming new live action Street Fighter movie coming out next month, I thought I would update this thread.

(I checked out the new movie on IMDB and didn't see any mention of Ryu or Ken in the cast... WTF? I know it's a Chun-Li story, but how can you have a SF movie without either of them?)

After seeing Crouching Tiger again a few months ago I don't know why I didn't think of her before. Zhang Ziyi *is* Eileen. In fact, Eileen might be modeled after her.

Along those lines, Michelle Yeoh would do Pai justice, IMO.

Really? you don't think that the movie going population of North America would go see a movie based on a video game they never bought? very odd.

 

I just don't get how he presumed if such a movie existed it would be guaranteed to have "the movie" in the title.
