Speaking of stuff breaking down, my laptop is now knackered. Looks like it'll need a complete reinstall of XP. Actually, it's almost pleasant not having the computer at home for a bit.......they're evil time-wasting devices sent by the devil to suck out your grey brain matter.

Btw, Faded, I truly hope you weren't playing FF for 48 hours non-stop......coz that would be......scary.

that's been the one highlight of this amazingly shitsoaked day.

i won't be attending the first edinburgh ff:cc session tomorrow as I have to go back to the vet and get my tv picked up. Hopefully i should be able to make it to the evening vf session but I can't promise anything right now.

vet bill looks like its going to be in the hundreds, happy birthday to me

Tell me about it...life has this annoying habit of turning cack very quickly. You never ever want to put yourself through the combined stress of a flat flood and dealing with nasty landlady & property agency combo. Thankfully things are starting to return to normal.
