I wish Catherine and I had just driven up to S.F. to do this with you all. Sounded like too much fun.

Related story: someone was talking to me about playing other games right now and I was thinking "yah, that DOES sound like fun and I don't know if I want to spend the time it would take to get the full experience. My gaming is pretty much all VF right now and I'm REALLY enjoying it - it hasn't gotten old for me at all - I just want to play more and get better."

hey i just moved to SF 3 weeks ago. I live in the upper haight and am looking to learn some VF. My sticks are broken right now, and I typically play street fighter, but if anyone is down for getting some games in and teaching me some shit, let me know. i should be free on the weekends mostly.

mountian view is near sunnyvale right? I was at SVGL 2 - 3 weeks ago and didnt see a VF machine. Have they ever carried it?

 

You will likely not be able to find any VF machines aside from NY and LA in the US. So we'll have to settle with evo on ps2. I'm right next to sunnyvale, let me know if you want to make a trip down.

Hey guys, I am actually totally completely serious about moving to the bay this time - probably around July 7th, or perhaps even earlier. Maybe we could have a gathering of some sort then?

It seems like you're all out in the surrounding suburbs, though, while I'm going to be smackdab in the middle of the city itself (Richmond area, most likely). This could be a problem, especially since I won't have a car. D: Anyone have any ideas for future transport options?
