I saw it for the second time last night and and i have a few thoughts/questions. Who exactly is the so called mother of the matrix the architect was talking about. Neo asked if it was the oracle and the architect seemed offended by the question and simply said "please" pretty much saying no imo. So it amkes me wonder who it is. My friend has thei theory that its persephony due to her talking about how much neo reminded her of a lover. she never says this lover was in fact the merovignian. So maybe her past lover was indeed a past version of neo.
I belive its pretty obvious that the matrix is layered. Allowing neo to stop the sentinels. My main question is have there never been a true outside world or has it always been a other layer of the matrix. when neo realizes he can feel the sents he tells trinity "this time its different i can feel them" meaning there has been a change. Well thats all for now.

Why, when Trinity, Morpheus, and Keymaker are trying to escape from the Twins, does Morpheus ask for an "Exit". a) Keymaker is Matriculated (or whatever)... where did they plan to take him? b) I didn't see them offering him a red pill... plus his purpose was to be served inside the Matrix anyway. c) he hadn't given the key (to the last door) to Neo.
