Next Saturday, May 19, Cuz and Fagan will be hosting another Montreal VF gathering at their place!!!

What to do until then? Well, discuss the details I guess. Extra setups, possible tournament, etc...

I got a pair Pelican PS2/PS3 adapters that I can bring along if anyone wants to recycle their HRAP2's or any PS2 sticks and stuff.

i got a custom PS2 Sanwa stick that I may bring along

 

It should be noted that Cuz and Fagan have gotten a new computer and there isn't any room for extra setups. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/frown.gif

We could still get a nice little tourney going. Maybe one with a monetary reward. lol

Like...$5-$10 entry fee. Best of 3 (or 5?) matches. What do you guys think?

Edit: Wasted, how are the adapters? Any serious lag in regards to inputs?

Yes, but that's true for any place, no? So for the few gamers who are fighting game fans, wouldn't it be best to try and get them to play VF with us? Like, maybe we could get EB to attach our cards to VF5 boxes or something like THE_WALL did. It's worth a shot because, let's face it, we've been waiting for new players for a long time. =P It's time for us to go get them.

Well, that's how I feel at least. What about the rest of you?

Plus...Say it works for 10 players. That's 10 extra players in the Montreal VF scene...At $10 each, that's an extra $100 for the winner of any local tournament we host. >_>

A little late. XD Already got that one. Hopefully that stupid problem gets fixed with a firmware update (just tried it out...God damn it). Maybe I should return it...but I'm WAY too lazy for that. lol

But if it won't get fixed in a firmware update, I most likely would return it. Maybe I can live with it...Probably not though.

Do they sell the Pelican ones at Future Shop? If not, where do they sell em?
