Capcom made the Namco characters look way better than they look in T6, lol.

 

As stupid as it looks I can't imagine it playing worse than SFIV, then again it's being made by that same Ono idiot.

 

Capcom and Namco: making Sega our bitch since...forever

 

A fighting game renaissance...sans Virtua Fighter.

 

I heard in the shoutbox someone said Ono said something along the lines of "A new era of fighting games without Virtua Fighter." If this is true I really hope the big shots at Sega heard that. Seriously as good as VF is they won't be able to compete with all the crap Capcom, Namco, Aksys etc. is putting out if they something isn't done soon. Yu Suzuki where art thou?!

 

That was me joking. Ono said something like "A new era in fighting games". So I changed it to "A new era in fighting games, without Virtua Fighter". And while that statement was a joke it's actually not that far off from the truth.

Remember what Sega said after the petition? That they were "unsure about the console market"? Well since that time we've seen another half dozen AAA games get announced for consoles that VF would have to compete with. So in all honestly this new era in fighters probably will be without VF, at least on consoles, unless Sega really gets its act together.

 

A new era of mediocre fighting games.That guy's a jackass, he hasn't made 1 decent game.

 

His games are of late highly rated and sell a lot of copies.

But I've noticed neither of these things matter much here...

 

Don't be surprised if console version of FS is scrapped... :X
