Good aoi vs. brad match in the opening.

There's also a pair of FTP sites baobab stumbled on, both apparently offer the same content. However these sites must be running from someone's home cable connection because they're VERY slow and flaky. But there's a lot of clips, and the gameplay on the first one I've seen is quite strong.
DISCLAIMER: before you download any of these, the movies are encoded in wmv9. That means you will either need to download and install windows media player 9 (which is a pain in the ass, see my general board post) or you will need to convert to wmv8, which is also a pain in the ass.

Ok, I confess. The "very slow" FTP is running on my PC. Please be nice to it because I have only very slow DSL connection sharing with my roommates.

About the game play you saw, all these movies are from the latest tournament held in Taiwan last weekend. They are really the top players in Taiwan right now. My FTP would not last long because I will probably close it on Monday.

 

wow, they're good to watch. I can't even come close to reading their names though, who's the kage player?

Also, if you do decide to shut it down (sorry! I ran an ftp from dsl myself, and it was pretty painful) can I still arrange with you to get whatever I missed? I can't get enough tournament footage, and stuff from taiwan's really rare.

Finally saw a shed-oad of Daioh clips (thanks Jet Li), just wanted to know who the Kage players are in the 3 Kage team, one is Kyasao right?

Check out how the Aoi reverses (Ohsu) Brad's followup after the knee throw! She's the only character capable of doing this, it seems.

the second block of five is decent stuff, the first block of five is mixed bag, a lot of which you may have already seen. One of them is a repost of the akira kid combo arts (For akira)... this stuff is a must see for people who have never seen advanced VF2. The combos are ridiculously hard and lengthy.

 

Awesome. I wish AM2 would upload clips of Oshu's Vanessa. I'd really like to see someone use her offensive stance extensively.
