I played Super Street FIghter 4 on all three consoles. The console that it feels the most different to me is on PS3. PC and XBox 360 feels exactly the same. My joystick is compatible to all three systems. I have a Q4raf.

Wait a minute... That's not what I was supposed to say!!! Just noticed my typo. Oh well.

At the end of the day, it really doesn't matter who buys what or who finds what interesting. All that matters is that you enjoy what you ultimately decide to buy and play. But some people just like to convince themselves they're winning at some imaginary console/brand war.

Is not about winning a "console war" is about are consumer fucking rights. That's what it was all about, and still is about.

I've owned Microsoft consoles up until this point, but refuse to ever buy one again unless their policies are changed. It looks doubtful that it will happen, though.

Exactly, publishers can force you to sign into their servers to play their game. End of the day Sony's and MS's policies about the DRM issue are pretty much exactly the same. Only difference Sony isn't doing anything like that on the hardware side (why not if you can let the publishers do it all server side and let them take the blame).

Also, major publishers like Ubisoft and EA are still being vague about their DRM policies on both consoles. That smells fishy to me since the consoles are out pretty damn soon, they obviously know what they intend to do.

PS4 is clearly the better console to go with right now but i'm holding out till these things are in the publics hands, none of it sits right with me.

EDIT: Just saw your post about Xbone not working in Poland and most other countries, damn :/

Well there won't be any Ethiopian or egyptian kids playing xbone, that's for damn sure. Your country has made it when Xbone deems your worthy of a xbl membership. This is just sad. I'm actually offended by microsoft right now.

Maybe some countries were excluded because they don't have widespread broad band networks?

LOL then USA shouldn't be on that list!

    This is pretty awesome, lol!

I think MS is trying to do the Apple thing of making it an exclusive so people who can't have it want it...except no one wants it.

I don't see how they'll get away with releasing a product in the EU that can't be used in the entire EU. If it works the way i think, i could buy an XBone in Germany then have it not work when i cross the border into the Czech Republic or Poland it wouldn't work, as no XBL. I'm pretty sure that isn't legal. What i do know is the EU court loves to sue Microsoft.

So I came back from E3 and used the time to decide which system I will go with.

PS4: The controller is nice, the exclusives did not really wow me, but I liked what I saw when it came to multi-platform games.

XB1: The controller is awesome like usual. The multi-platform stuff looked the same, but I enjoyed the exclusives much more than I did for the PS4.

I have decided to buy the XB1 first. Please me explain before I get all the hate.
#1 I don't care if I can't borrow or sell like I use to. I am always playing online so an internet connection is no problem. I am moving to 100% digital like I did for PC. I just hope MSFT has learned from what Steam is able to do.
#2 Titanfall is AWESOME and a system seller. Sure I can play it eventually on my PC, but I have the feeling THE experience will be BETTER for the XB1
#3 Fantasia... My surprise hit of the show. The trailer doesn't do it justice. It's super fun
#4 Project Spark. I love how much you can do when it comes to building your own game.
#5 I am worried how Sony will handle the online multiplayer. From experience and from everything I have heard the PS3 online experience has been less than stellar.

My only worry is that all of my friends will be moving to PS4. Sure I will eventually have both, but for now its XB1.

The thing is: what is an Xbox exclusive? Of all the stuff that was shown at the show, if it was made by third-party, it's coming out on PS4. They may not say it now but it's happening. Just look at this gen. For Microsoft "exclusive" means "timed exclusive". The only exceptions are Halo, Forza, Fable etc.

Sony's been pumping out genuine exclusives for years consistently.

I know you love that Sony but might be worth using google once in a while.

Can't be arsed to count but from a quick glance i'd say the 360 has more system exclusives than the PS3.

Dude, I'm not talking about Sesame Street: Once Upon a Monster, Rumble Roses XX, Fantastic Pets or DoDonPachi Dai Ou Jou Black Label Extra (just to take a few from that list). I'm talking about games that we have actual heard of or might likely play - major exclusives. They had a good run at the beginning of the gen but, seriously, I can't think of any major third-party exclusives from the past few years that have stayed exclusive apart from Gears. Even Mass Effect came to PS3 and that was even published by MS on Xbox360. What exclusives have they release in the past three years? Everybody knows they've been bone dry, man.

I stand by my point. Those games are coming to PS4 unless they are made by Microsoft themselves. You've got the likes of EA in there. You think think they will be happy to leave the PS4 audience untapped with their games? Probably the reverse is also true for third-party PS4 games as well. Third-parties are all about the multiplatform these days even if they take a fat cheque to lie about it.

But from another quick glance that list is probably not viable either for box or station exclusive, since just by briefly looking trough it i see games not only on Xbox or PS
(and the fable series is available to PC, atleast 1 and 3 from what i know).

Another quick glance at the acutal "subejctive" quality of games also makes it a bit less interesting. There is not way around that xbox/MS has less in the way of original concepts - and with PC/Win thrown in to the equation it is even less thus.

But let's just avoid going system VS system flaming, everyone can be a fan of anything and that is fine :)

    - (But maturity aside, Fudge MS and their boxes, licenses, Operating systems, and all hail Sony and the playstation, Sega And Arch Linux ;)) -
