If it ever comes out for PC. I wouldn't see why not put a Free to Play Module onto Virtua Fighter 6, and let Sega continue to update the game with crazy Customization and stages. You can either buy the whole game with all character for a certain price/bundle or buy each character individually for 4 Dollars each or something. I heard Dead Or Alive is doing it somewhere.

Then placing the game on Steam without the GFWL(Games for Windows LIve) would be perfect.

*One thing I would like to see that comes back to Virtua Fighter is stage customization. Virtua Fighter 2, you can customized the stage to have no ring outs. Sometimes I use to customized the stage to have infinite health for both players and fight on a very small stage.

*What I would like to see added in Virtua Fighter is a 4 player Tag Team. Dead or Alive always have it. Dead or Alive learned from Virtua Fighter mechanics. It shouldn't hurt to place that in.

I was always whatever about PC, but I'm saving up for a beast PC that I can play games on, and being able to have the entire VF collection on one system would be ace. I hear GFWL is dead, or at least terrible, so I guess Steam and the choice to buy retail would be it. Plus if VF and other Sega games come to PC, the only console I'd have to buy is the one with the most Platinums games on it.

A F2P model would work fine as long as retail gives you all of the favorable things.
2v2 VF should actually be a different game like TTT2.
    Costumization is a must!!!

its amazing how the momentum shifts from hate to enthusiasm and interest towards the new Xbox. Sounds like Xbox has generated more hype already and i can understand without being biased it is the more interesting.

I guess its because they've got a lot of people hooked onto their games like Titanfall and all the review sites are raving on about it.

I still lean to the Virtua Fighter community. Which ever console you guys lean over the most. PC would be best for me regardless. :)

I am still not sure which console I will go with.

We are a multi console household and the Wii U will definitely warrant a purchase once the new systems hit (price will probably drop), due to the nice games on that.

As for choosing between Xbox1 and PS4, just not sure.
Whomever offers the most hassle free environment to play my games in.

I get the feeling both will end up with VF6, but I am also a huge Forza Motorsport fan on Microsoft's console and FM5 looks nice...although, if Microsoft is going to make things to complicated (and too broad audienced), then I just may switch racing franchises and go with Gran Turismo on PS4.

Gotta have my race car fix.

^The Wii U price drop was announced a few days ago. It's $50 less starting 3rd week of September I believe.

    Well there we go.

Perhaps another shave off the price come the holidays?
Either way, my wife loves Mario games too much so the Wii U will be a must...plus she won't have to get rid of her Wii collection, as they play on there.

Sucks that Gamecube games won't though. Some real gems on that system.

Instead of choosing a console purely because you had the last generation of it, you should go where the games that interest you are.

DoA4 was what made me go with the 360 and I haven't regretted it. Sure there are games on the PS3 that look pretty cool but there are also 360 games that I love. So if you can't buy both systems, just follow the one which has more of the games you want to play.

I'm not sure what you mean by hassle free to play... you just put a disc in both systems and play (or if you choose to download it, load it from your HDD). :p To me, Xbox One is more convenient with the cloud game saves thing and that I've already got Gold membership.

I've pre-ordered an Xbox One for their exclusives - Killer Instincts, Titanfall, Crimson Dragon and Quantum Break looks quite cool too.

Anybody know yet what will become of all our downloaded stuff for 360 with the 1?

I know any Live memberships will transfer over, but with all the business with non backwards compat, I was wondering what happens to all the games and add-ons we downloaded.

If they do anything like the switch from original xbox to 360, the downloaded stuff will be lost once your HDD dies.

I didn't pay attention to that bit. But I think your games can't be carried over to the One.

Sadly I think it's like that for both systems. Nothing on the PSN that is for PS3 will work on PS4 :(

No reason to get rid of the old console. Plus both companies "promise" they will continue to support the current for the next few years.

I think I can wait a year on PS4 or Xbone. As long as my PS3 doesn't suddenly erupt in flames, I'm good.
