Next Gen consoles. What console looks promising?

My guess before the Sony Conference.

It will be cheaper than XBO, but then MS will announce a special deal if you buy 2 years of XBL Gold in advance.

If Sony is smart they will also release it in October

Ok, It's settled, I'm getting a PS4.

100 bucks cheaper, no DRM, it supports used games....

That entire 2 minutes segment was aimed directly at Microsoft. Those applause from the crowd was genuine excitement and happiness. Ok, next-gen won't totally suck...

The games on Xbox One are more interesting to me. So I'm considering that over the PS4. I haven't seen much coverage on the PS4 features yet... are there any?

 

This is a perfect example of how to crush your competitor this sways me towards the PS4 Cheaper too? I really don't understand why Microsoft had to make thing more complicated when they thought they were innovating. As long as Sony fix the netcode thing which im sure is a "given" nd Virtua Fighter 6 is on PS4 first I dont see what Xbox can do to that will give them the edge without making them look like total copycats and backtrackers off Sony now. It'll be hard cause I live in a Microsoft world outside of my computer I think Microsoft has a good ecosystem compared to Soy but the fact that Sony they are keeping things simple un-confusing and familiar is what gives them the edge at least right now.

1)Wait at least a year after both consoles been released.
2)Check for any hardware/software/whatever issues.
3)Compare gaming library/exclusives/personal favourites/near fut.rel.
4)Compare price to offerings/discounts/online/etc values.
5)Compare freedom/respect/service/support to customer.
6)Buy whatever your logic commands n happy gaming

 

Or just pre-order the PlayStation 4 right now.

 

Fell to sleep after the Square Enix reveals but from what I've read Sony killed it. I've hated the PS brand for as long as I can remember but guess it's time to change :/

 

Looking at the game lineups, I'm favouring XboxOne. They seem to have more unique/new games.

I'm not sure... But from the trailer it looks like it'll play like Panzer Dragoon Zwei!!

 

Yeah, Crimson Dragon is being developed by the same group who worked on the Panzer Dragoon games (leftover members from Team Andromeda).

ok cool thx,i'm just a fan of panzer dragoon and if they make one i'll buy any consoles that have it,same for vf6 but vf6 will be on console five years later the arcade version

 

Or bundle with TV cable service. I do believe $100 is a big deal if consumers decide to get at very first moment. Also, the launch date for Asia including Japan is the end of 2014.....

Perhaps MS needs to reconsider a lot.
