Get the picture you want and save it. on vfdc go to your personal information (name location etc) Go down to where it asks you for your own avatar and click browse and find your saved image and open it.

Find the picture you want on the internetwork and right click it. Choose save as and remember where you put it. Then come here to VFDC and go to My Home>Personal info and scroll down to the image part. Then select upload my own avatar or whatever it says and then browse your pc for the picture. Click it and then hit submit at the bottom or whatever it says (can't be bothered going there to see). That should work.

Goddamn, so bored atm, I have some office job lined up for the summer but it doesn't start for another 2 weeks or so, I have graduation in about 3 weeks and my results come out next week...never thought I'd say this after taking 4 years to do a degree but now I'm so so bored and need stuff to do! I should be happy that it's all over!

Been playing a bit of VF but with no huma comp it's hard to motivate myself. Oh got Mosin Nagant in MGS3 yday, shaun do you have it? Oh and have you manged to capture a live Tschukino? (or whatever they're called). Oh and have you pressed R1 at the very end of the story? You see the whole graveyard thru one teary eye of Big Boss.

I started up another MGS2 file (out of bordom) and an new 'Duelists of the Roses' file, which I completed and promptly deleted..........
Maybe I should post on Kain's thread. though I don't know if I will get time to read all the replies in time.

Sup guys.

Totally randomly, I'll be back in manc at 5 pm tomorrow to complete a viva (oral examination at the end of a degree), it seems (touch wood) that I'm borderline between a 1st and a 2:1 and so I'm having a half an hour interview/examination with 3 guys to determine what side of the borderline I should be on. Crazy.

In other news, I'll be on itv on Saturday July 9th at around 7.15pm I think...that's when the Jenny Ellison tv prog is. I've a feeling I'll either be seen in it for around 5 seconds or will be made to look a total cock in it.

LOL I even got the worker of the week award, wait till you see that written on the back of my shirt.

Slowly getting back into VF, some threads around here have sparked my interest for it again.

Yeah about the tv thing...I was one of the only guys there on the first 2 days too, meaning I'm standing a good 12 inches above most people (all ex-dancing girls or random mates) and am one of only 3/4 guys in the show...lol when I'm on screen you'll know about it!

I only got sidetracked into a few interviews (others did loads) so I'm hoping they won't feature my mumblings too much, tho there was one I did in the garden I'm almost positive will be in the final thing (they were even saying it'd be in it as they finished filming).

As for the games I would, but currently have absoolutely no money to my name and am waiting my deposit cheque in the post (still).

Once I've got some money together I don't mind travelling to play some VF sometime, I'll keep you posted about my situation.

Chris, tell me about it. Having no human player to play against sucks big time. Lion against the computer aint too bad but playing as Akira against the comp is rubbish. They seem to walk into yoho after yoho.

 

VF Competition?

So gutted that VF is 'more or less' dead now. I'll be honest, I've not played it in about 1 month (since the T5 Tournie in London) and find it a fucking disgrace TBH.

Will have to see about my holiday's at work, maybe I could travel to play you Shaun, I'll try and find (I'm arranging a holiday in September to Amsterdam first!).

I don't know how you all can stand playing the CPU, it's all about free training!

Well make the effort to travel then. It is £5 from Manchester to Darwen.
£5 Will not break the bank for anyone. Even Kain can afford that, and he is still in YEAR 10.

Dan, you are more than welcome to come here any time you wish to play. We could have some decent games/ trade tactics/ advice e.t.c.

I'll be honest, I could make more of an effort, it's just I'm going through a big training thing at work (learning load's of new stuff) and am under a bit of stress at the moment, so am going out every weekend on the piss!

I'll put it on tonight, get back into it.

Yup Shaun, ta. I'll bare that in mind. Got so much to sort out as Im leaving uni forever today. Gotta sort out job and start driving. Not gonna have internet regularly 4 a while as well. Same goes to u guys, if anyone wants to come play me then u r welcome. Will check the board when I can and maybe we can sort someting out in a bit.
