Re: Slim coming to London 20th May til 23rd May 2005

Mr Karate I think was Takuma in KOF 98 I think. A 'top tier' character definetley. I've never played SVC, or fighting jam for that matter.

I've only really picked Kage/Sarah in past two months, if I even pick Jacky or Lau I'll slap myself, I guess if I use ANYONE else, my skills just leave my head! LOL.

It seem's to be working for me using just those two, so, if it ain't broke, don't fix it, is my motto!

How much are those chainsaw controllers?

SVC: Chaos

The graphics of chaos are more like KoF games rather than capcom ones and the music and stages were dull but jeez some of the stuff you could do in it was just stupid and Mr Karate was just insane, couldn't even really touch him with Akuma!

The chainsaw controllers are £40 a pop. Everyone made is individual tho seen as tho the blood effect on the saw is done randomly!

Only up to Chap 1-2 atm on pro, work is just taking over atm.

I didn't realise each one was 'limited edition' kinda.

Still, might have another crack at RE4 myself tonight (nearly done my 2nd round on Pro with the tommy gun). Even though that doesn't really count, as it' cheating!'.

I still haven't got the handcannon though /versus/images/graemlins/frown.gif but I need to concentrate on Tekken 5 though to be honest!

Kain, please refrain from posting on this (or any other) thread, you stink the place up.
Ade has already said he will come, Dan is trying to get time off of work to come up, the guys from Scotland are interested, it's just a case of travelling that is the problem for them (understandable, as they have to ass around going around the whole country).
I presume that you will be coming up, coz you will be able to test yourself against Graeme's Lei should he come down. I think that you might be able to get the better of him this time, though I don't know if he has improved any.
Ade, do you think Mike will be interested in coming to the meeting????

Hmmm the stills look good but I'm not sure if the essence of what SH is all about can be transferred to a movie.

Very dubious about it tbh.

LOL I'm back home atm, in the middle of revision but will be filming from tomorrow till sunday, oh joy.

I think the idea is good, though I think that the atmosphere will be hard to recreate in a movie. They will have to build up alot of sympathy for the main character, otherwise we won't care if they get eaten by zombies!

I would love this to be a really good film, but I have a feeling there'll fuck it up big time. Let's keep our fingers crossed.

Chris: Pat Sharp Akira, LOL!

I was going to change my user name but then thought against it LOL.

Well, my 15 seconds brush with fame is calling me. Need to get down to my old school for 3 today (on a normal school day too so there's blatantly going to be loads of re-takes as kids try to get on tv!!) plus I've been told not to tell newspapers etc where filming is taking place so that they don't gatecrash it!

Oh yeah how could I forget...LIVERPOOL! What a nail biting last 6 minutes. I personally don't know if the goal was kosher or not (but if the Ref says it is, then it is, end of) but on the night we defended to the death vs Chelsea so that's all I'm bothered about.

Come on the Reds of Liverpool!

Mouriniho's (sp? who cares?..) face was a picture at the end...even Terry was crying.

It was great going to the corner shop today tho...almost every paper had it as a front page story. Rock on!

Re: meeting on the 28th

In my opinion, Chelsea don't deserve the title. They simply bought it. All their players have been brought in this season, so when I hear tits like Frank Lampard waffling on about how much of a brotherhood the team is, I get really pissed off. They are all mercenerys who have sold there selves to the highest bidder.

it's crap that liverpool won though regardless of chelsea buying their players liverpool have no chance of beating AC Milan whereas chelsea did.

Considering how poor Milan were against PSV, I'd say Liverpool have a decent chance.

Shaun, is there any way you could postpone the meet til the 2nd week of June?

We're moving offices where I work and I 'll be

A) On a big piss up with a member of staff who's leaving.

and more importantly

B) Short on Cash.

2nd of June.....

I guess I can, I talk to the guys in Scotland, see if they want to come up on that date.

Chris, do you think that you could make the 2nd of June?
How about you Dan, can you make it?

TV Time

Sup guys.

omg, I honetsly have never had such a physically demanding day as today. Filming for the tv prog started yesterday at my old school in an old class room then we went the albert dock for drinks and to blag a kitchen, conservatory and some trees. Today started at 8 and finished at about 7 at night. I am absolutely shattered.

Only 2 others are from my old school and, comically enough, only 4 peeps doing the prog are lads!!! I'm there with about 15 girls, most of which are ex-dancers! LOL I stick out like a sore thumb as I'm the only one there over 6 foot. Been filmed in the classroom, having a drink, about to build a wall and wheelbarrow-ing a fucking huge tree into the garden I'm doing up.

The idea is that we have to completely renovate a derelict centre for disadvanted kids n families in liverpool. We need to put in a kitchen, build a few walls, make a room for parents, a play room, put in a conservatory and make some sick garden that is wheel chair accessible and looks cool. It's sooo much hard work but it's a good laugh.

LMAO you should see what goes on when the cameras are switched off...but that'd spoil the magic I guess!

Ade will PM you back those T5 things.

Hope everyone's cool.
