    Re: Random mumblings

Feng is a great character in T5, I've started to use him as well, Rob's Feng is twisted, as good as his Bryan IMHO.

Although I'm sure my main's will stay as they are now, although Paul is slipping out of the picture to other character's now, he's just TOO risky compared to other characters.

OK, How do I find the parrot? Also, when I hold him up, can I do all three in a row, or do I have to let him go and then re-sneak up on him and hold him up again? Do I get the uniform as soon as I have held him up for the 3rd time, or do I still have to tranq him out afterwards?
Also, in the screen where you first meet him, there are three places where he goes that I can't seem to get to(meaning I won't be able to hold him up). The first one is on top of that building, the second one is the north-east part, where he is too high up, and the third is the north-west, where again he is too high up. Is there a way up to any of them that I am missing?

P.s. I can't remember who said The Pain was a problem, but someone did...
P.p.s. hope you can make the meeting.

Didn't even know there was an MGS4.....

Beat the end, but couldn't sneak up on the twat, kept shooting me in the head, even when I was behind him!

Ok, the next one is The Fury. I had a little difficulty with him on Normal, so I think I am going to need alot of help on Extreme. I'm not too bothered about his suit, it doesn't seem all that good, so if you have any tips on how to beat him, then post them, even of they aren't tranq versions. (I will have a few attempts at tranq'ing him, but if it seems too difficult, then I will pull out the AK!

    The End

The parrot is located at different points on different difficulties.

On Normal he's sat on the top right hand corner of the small warehouse (take a left as soon as you enter the forest). Not sure about other difficulties but will look it up for you.

You trang the bird and collect it in a cage. Then equip it as a weapon and throw it away. The bird will fly back to The End and circle around his head making lot of noise and enabling you to see where he is.

Sneak up behind him and hold him up (don't shoot!). He'll say something. Then do it again. Then again. After the 3rd time he'll say "here have this" and throw the uniform to you but he'll also throw down a smoke bomb and dissapear.

You're right there are certain high sections that I don't think you can get up to. You need to ambush him when it's possible to sneak up on him from behind/the side.

    The Fury

LOL I did this boss last night.

Tranqing him is ok provided you roll when set on fire and get plenty of good hits in as well as staying away from the barrells and running off if he gets too close.

There's actually a technique of killing him real quick with a knife but I haven't tried it out myself yet. Basically get in close and slash. When he falls to his knees repeat etc. When he goes to fly away, do a roll to keep in close and just keep slashing away.

Apparently you can kill him in this method very quickly.

Also the classic M37 shotie is very good if you just wanna kill him (tho get in close!).

MGS4 is said to be for ps3 and Hideo Kojima is not "making it" but will be involved on the team.

Hideo should be knighted and crowned the King of England!

    When is Ps3 out?

Ok, about the Fury, I Knifed him up on Normal mode, it really works, but it doesn't reduce his stamina, and he kicks the shit out of you once you have slashed him.

Does the tranq gun pierce all of his suit, or can you only shoot him in certain places?

Edit* Beat The Fury, though it took me about three hours. (two of which were spent trying to reduce his stamina, but that didn't work). I ended resorting to the knife. It's relatively easy to do that; you just stalk him and get RIGHT NEXT TO HIM, so that ALL of the slashes hit him. this takes about 1/4 of his energy. Do this again and he will go into benny mode, flying around and running and stuff. Now you just equip the Life Medicine, and wait till he comes up to you. LET HIM BURN YOU, then as so as you get up, slash him again. This works because you can do more damage to him in one attack than he can do to you.

Who is the next Boss, is it Volgin? I forget.

PS3 is Spring 2006 (which means Winter 2006 for us at the earliest at a guess). XBox 360 has a worldwide launch this Christmas. Revolution is next summer.

MGS4 tonight, they only revealed a poster before

I wonder if they will put Raiden on the new game, I find it to be most fun, punching his cut-up, half-naked body on MGS3 after you steal his clothes.

    The Tekken 5 Final Journey

Sup Guys, this will be my final post before my trip to London tomorrow.

Been practising my ass off, at least in making sure I've got my juggles nailed and the practising 'this is guaranteed after blocking X move' scenario at least!

Will be playing VF as well as tekken guys, just hoping the VF crew will be in Troc AND that the machines are working. Will defo get some VF play back at Mike's though.

    Peace Out.

Remember No Tiers, just your Tears! (Shou).

Re: The Tekken 5 Final Journey

Hong Kong film legend John Woo has signed up to direct a new action game for next-gen consoles, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

Entitled Stranglehold, the game is currently in development at Midway's Chicago studio. It's set in Hong Kong and Chicago and stars Chow-Yun Fat as Inspector “Tequila†Yuen, the role he played in Woo's classic 1992 action flick Hard-Boiled.

“With Stranglehold, I want to go back to my roots and do a gritty, emotional and sensational game,†Woo said.

“It's kind of like Hard-Boiled but in a more updated environment. I never believed I could have topped my action in that film, but Stranglehold will bring the action to an even higher level.â€Â

Not that you guys can't find your own news, but I'm just generous.

Kain get your own opinion instead of repeating the crap some 16 year old geek has been feeding you as his attempt to sound elitist and cool.

The movie was pretty good I thought and was MUCH better than 1 and 2. The only crappy scene was Darth Vader's weak-ass "NYYYYOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!" while flailing his torso like a chump.

Apart from that I thought it OWNED.

Besides is it even out in the UK? And if it is I doubt you've seen it yet. And if you have then you really liked it and just can't admit it.
