Yes a little, I just saw your thread btw. The meet???Well I think its about page 14/15 of this thread I did a quick over view of who got to what rank and what win ratio they ended up with. Only 3 showed in the ned which is dissapointing. The next is 25th of oct (sat) 10.30 to 5 ish or so. Hopefully he'll have a few more this time. Got some good replays from the first meet, hope to have them up soon.

I'm 100% up for the 25th meet dude. My schedule got rearranged so I wont even need to pull a sicky. I'll have just done a night shift though so I might be tired all day.

Anyways, if I'm not welcome or anything then let me know, else just gimme the details of where you wanna meet up.

Ok that sounds good.

Hopefully meeting about 10.30-11.00 outside the jag garage just before curry mile and rusholme. Like I said before the taxi driver should know exactly where to drop you. WJ should be round there too but don't know about anyone else just yet. Is this ok? Probably only going till about 4 ish in the afternoon or something to give you a chance of getting back home at a decent time plus theres not going to be that many of us I think.

Not much time??? Last time we played from 5 at night till about 9 and everyone was knackered...well there were only 3 of us. Then spent the night watching scrubs, playing invisible res evil, watching dawn of the dead, then bo selecta until it got to about 5 in the morning and I got Ade the glowing bracer for his Kage. Well so far its me (akira, aoi and goh) WackyJacky (hes called ramsey plays jacky and lau ) and well thats it. Not heard from Ade or Darius atm. I'll post back as soon as I do though.

Seriously though yeah it'll be about 10.30-11 ish by the jag garage till about 4 ish I reckon. I'm afraid I can't put anyone up for the night this time (due to work, time and me coming down with a bastard cold and feeling rough as hell...) but I am prepared to cater some lunch for people. If you give me an idea of some food and snacks to get in then I will try my best to get them (I have a healthy supply of noodles, bacon, sausages, soup, beans, pringles etc). Oh and I have unlocked the old stages to fight in and and a few more items for peoples characters. The default controls will be:

cross=
square=
triangle=

same as last time. Please get use to this set up as it'd be a bloody pain switching between set ups every time some one fights some one in particular.

Again don't forget to bring your mem cards/ joysticks/ voodoo dolls etc anything that will help you. I've plenty of room on my mem cards to save replays but if you want a copy of some of your matches you'll obviously have to copy them over. Also is anyone up for some PES3 and SC2??? I'm an expert on neither but we could have some fun matches. Post back with any ideas or suggestions or even just to let me know if you're a definate.

Bloody crap controls!!

I'll probably mince a lot and (hopefully) beat you all when you play the odd game of PES /versus/images/graemlins/laugh.gif - little point in me playing VF as I'm nowhere near as good as you lot anymore - used to have a slim chance /versus/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I've never played SC2 but I'm up for it, and Pro evo should be cool. Do you have a multitap so nobody has to sit out? I'll bring mine if not.

Chris doesn't have a multitap but another of us does, might be worth bringing yours along just in case.

I know WJ has a multi tap I could get him to bring his seen as though he'll be bringing his stick anyway.

Yeah my beans on toast is unrivalled throughout the land. Seriuously though I don't mind cooking a fry up or something if people want it for lunch.

SC2 is an awkward game to describe....it does have a lot of tactical depth and that but it can be mashed too which is very frustrating when you're trying to play it properly.

PES3 is awesome, such an improvement on the last. I think there'll be at least 5 of us though so I think one person would have to sit out anyway.

Hope everyone can adjust to the config...Nakura I'm sure you'll be +ing people in no time! /versus/images/graemlins/grin.gif I'll post again tomorrow morning (friday) just to confirm everything.

My bro says he's up for it if you don't mind him tagging along. He's 16, plays Jacky and Jeffry.

I'm struggling along with the config, got whooped by a few champion CPUs which is a little unnerving /versus/images/graemlins/confused.gif Hopefully I'll pick it up by Saturday, if not, don't expect me to be too challenging.

Will there be enough pads/sticks for everyone then? If so I wont bother bringing anything.

Lastly, the meeting place is exactly the same as you posted up last time right? I don't wanna be standing in the wrong place like a spoon for an hour.

Meeting place is still the Jag garage AFAIK. Regarding sticks, IIRC Chris's is a sexy Hori beast, whereas WJ's is a big pile of turd by Logic 3 - so if you want a better one I think I'm right in saying you'd need to bring it yourself /versus/images/graemlins/smile.gif

As for sticks yep mine is a Hori SC2 one, Ade has a standard Namco one and Ramsey has a standard one he bought over here. I also have an old logic 3 stick i don't bother with and 2 pads. I asked Ramsey to bring two of his pads and his multi tap as well but bring yours by all means as its good to have a back up.

Nakura just though I'd quickly point out that Elite is a pad player like yourself and presumably your brother is too Elite? Hes more than welcome to come...any idea what name he wants on his player file?

Meeting place is same as last time...jag garage on the corner of Oxford place, just before the curry mile starts, over the road from a big park and right next to a small tescos, gamestation and blockbuster and big block of flats. Essentially its straight down oxford road heading away from town and to a plave called Fallowfield. About 10.30 ish is the meeting time, I should be wearing a green fleece and jeans with a black t shirt and I'm about 6'2 with short brown hair and glasses. If Ades there with Darius you can't miss him as hes a big guy.

Hope everythings cleared up and everyone knows where to go.

Oh yeah about the controls...I understand how important configs are to people so if you're really haveing touble we could set up your config and play a load of games of you Vs other peeps if you wan I don't have a problem with this. Same for you Nakura.

Cant wait for the tournie. I dont mean to be awkward, but i cant use those controls. Those arent the default controls anyway. Maybe its better for using a stick, but i use a pad.

My bro uses a pad yeah. As for the controls I've pretty much got it down so it shouldn't be a prob for me.

I'll be in a black deftones shirts and I've got long blonde hair, just incase you spot me before I spot you.
