I'm going to join that facebook group, but it's going to under a dummy account. I deleted my Facebook cause it's hard to juggle women with one.

 

I'm trying to get people together for a gathering some time in the near future, so we can all level up and prepare for Evo. Anyone got ideas for where and when? I was thinking next weekend (16th and 17th), but I'm open to suggestions. Gotta get some offline play in!

Our plan is to keep this gathering alive despite EVO this year is gonna be done in 2 weeks.

 

VF crack sessions at my crib. We need to get this moving even though we're probably still recovering from EVO-la. I should have at least 3 non-lag setups (2 PS3's 1 X360) and space for 15-20 people.

Also in the works is getting some stream equipment to make use of this expensive higher tier comcast I've been paying for. Maybe Haunts can setup up shop for now.

I'm a short bus ride from Balboa BART in San Francisco. Also if driving there's usually alot of parking since I live near a main street.

I'm pretty open especially weekends. Its up to you so let me know.

 

I'm back stateside in August, host them as well.

 

I'm down on weekends. I can bring a setup if need be (360 or PS3 + 1 monitor). Fridays and Saturdays are the best for me, I'll need to leave pretty early on Sundays due to work. I'll be commuting (BART or car) from East Bay, if there's enough people that need rides I can take up to 4 people and their collective stuff!

 

im fairly new to NorCal and looking to get back into vf i would like to session with anyone hostin in NorCal (im in mill valley 15min from the GG bridge)

 

ok guys I may have something going tomorrow. It just depends if I end up attending a birthday party or not.

If I get stuck with going then sunday will most likely be the day.

Any word on this? I was moving my sister around today but should have time Sunday.

 

Had some fun games last nite with my gf's friend and her husband (Jacky player). He hasn't touched VF since VF2 but used to play it competitively. He was telling me his neighbor had a VF2 machine that they used to play non-stop for years. He's a big SEGA fan and really cool guy. Said he'll definitely come by for more sessions in the future.

Today all are welcome to get some games in.

I was wiped out last weekend, I spent more of Sunday getting more hours of sleep than all of Evo combined, haha. If you're doing more stuff this weekend, cobratron, I'll definitely stop by! I also managed to fix my stick but I need to get a more permanent fix soldered in.
