I'll actually get back to you guys on this; we're currently seeing whether or not the East Bay sessions will work out, which is why I haven't been present.

It does run contrary to Cobratron's though, so I'll try to alternate...

But, yes, totally interested in coming out and playing with you guys one of these days >_>

 

I'm a fan of East Bay sessions, but if there's something going on at Cobratron's place I'll definitely try to make it out, since I haven't been able to make it the last couple of weekends.

 

If things work out, I should have a car by this weekend, so traveling to sessions will be much easier for me. Crossing my fingers!

 

We ran some good games from 5pm-2am. I still need to get rid of some nasty habits. So same deal next weekend and all are welcome as usual. Also since my gf is leaving for Oregon tomorrow I'll be home and free for casuals anytime from Tuesday-Sunday. Just ping me if you want to come by.

Hi all, I'll be going to southtown for the first time for the tournament on the 31st. If I bring a d-pad controller does it have to be wired, or can I use wireless? Or does it not matter either way?

 

you need a wired controller for ps3.

the reason for this is because wireless controllers can be accidently turned on during matches after they are synced to the console resulting in pausing of a match that you aren't even in.

 

I posted this over on Facebook, but since there are some people on here who don't post there....

Would anyone be down to meet up at Dragon Lounge in SF on Mondays? People who play other games have been bringing console setups on Mondays and I've been wanting to check it out for a while.

Week and a half until the next STA ranbats. I need to pick up this game again (distracted by Persona 4 Arena and Mass Effect 3). I'm on a tournament losing streak (not just losing tournaments...but going 0-2 in everything), and maybe--just MAYBE--VF5 can help end it. Most inexperienced 3D fighting player at a tournament seems like a very likely person to win a match.
