NYC VF Team Xiao Long Bao / 小籠包

So seeing I'm going to be living in NyC again for the long haul. I want to like this game, Thursday is the day huh? Damnit all,any other day?

Sudden_Death, glad to see U and the NYC crew keeping VF alive and well! I keep imagining Team XLP charging up with XLP before a match or getting hit by food coma (as UR kryptonite) after one @_@

Speaking of which, NE yummy places near there to grab some grub? Looks I'll have to power up at some point with pizza or Asian fudd =D

 

We stay there till midnight so youre good. Mostly everyone is there by 8pm. As far as food goes, theres a chinese restaurant very veryy close by. Everyone eats from there hehe. Therrs also lot of beer ill pm you my # as well as cruzlink's # since hes there earliest.

 

We been lucky the past few weeks. Every week is brought a new guest.

I'm grateful to the NYC VF Crew for making my trip to Brooklyn a blast from the past =P I truly appreciated the helpful training sessions & tips. Plus, it was great to meet y'all and some new faces. Sorry if I forgot anyone, but I just wanted to thank the following before my brain drains:

• Shag, thanks for hooking me up with my VF fix and braving the cold with modern day chivalry
• Denkai, let's resume our chat about VF & all things in life on the next long train ride home.
• Tricky, thanks for the SPoD & DLC practice as well as learning to avoid Taka's slaps to my face @_@
• Bryant & SDS Overfiend, I'll remember to evade / side-step and stay away from walls for now!
• Props to Sal, Alec & Cruz (with his big bag of cables) to enable me to play PF after a decade or so *yay*
• Jackie Cho, danke for the reminder that a good offense starts with a good defense =D
• Kudos to Chris for commentating all night long!
• Credit to the Next Level staff for letting us play for so long after closing C=

Perhaps, we can swing by Joe's Shanghai or a yummy dumpling place next time. Then, Team XLP can live up to its name and celebrate =D Until then, here is the recipe for Momofuku's Crack Pie. Hopefully, it helps keep VF alive, amiable and addictive!

On behalf of everyone i say THANK YOU! for that awesome pie, everyone loved it (you can hear it on our recorded stream, people describing how good it was lol).

hopefully we'll see you more often, lets not make it a once every 10 years reunion lol ^_^
