Feel free to talk amongst yourself via PM's. Try not to make finding roommates a choir. Everyone will be playing so much VF that it really won't matter who you bunk up with. Over all your goal should be to minimize your cost for this event. The 4 man room is right in front of you so someone take responsibility and book the room and you guys can work out the details later when you all arrive.

For those coming into JFK you can go striaght to the LIRR train if you take the AirTrain which is discussed on this site. http://gonyc.about.com/cs/airlinesairports/a/getto_jfk.htm

To get to Riverhead however, you must take connecting trains. Its great to look at the maps on the train and ask question if needed or call one of us
