sorry i havent been sayin much bout ther event, is wednesday nite rite now and i plan to put up a brief bout it on thurs day, so just bear with me guys. btw, i need someone else to bring another ps2 and evo. i am supplying one and apparently so is random. anyone else?

okay guys, this is crunch time, the event will take place on saturday from 2pm til 9pm. and when it rings at 9, please get out. /versus/images/graemlins/cool.gif lol just joking but this is my families place and im already tensing a few nerves by holding this, so like i sed, i want everybody out by 9pm, no late tings.

everybody who has replyed in this forum are allowed to come. meaning that after this messege, i am not permitting any more people to come except the guys who responded to my thread. Dont worry guys, i will be holding more gathering at my place, but i intend to start off small and then expand the player numbers.

okay, i will be contacting everyone in the thread personally about where my place is and i will give a contact number (mobile) for you to contact me.

now for the important bit. If random is coming, we will have 2 ps2s and 2 evos. however i do need a third. if somebody can bring their ps2 and evo you will help make this event all the more fun. do not worry bout tvs, i already have them.

and the other important bit, if everybody has their own arcade stick, please bring it. i dont wanna have to be taking on anybody with a ps2 pad. i do have my one arcade stick, but that means i will nead bout 5 more if we do have a dream set up of three evo machines.

thnx to KS for great Vf session, will come again in 2 weeks. 5 peeps pitched up, so there's probably enuff space for about 9 ppl in total. KS' s secret training partner/master was confined to the yard; apparently c'oz he didn't think we were worthy of challenging him...bah!

great session waseem, even though only five of us were there it was great and no one got left out to long to get banged up. For my first VF home seesion i quite enjoyed it and i think im really gettting te hang of using a home stick.

 

Thanks to KS for hosting a great session, as well the other three guys who turned up for the meet.

G-ho: Very aggressive Pai and the one of the best Pai's I have faced in the UK so far. Your Aoi and Vanessa are very good as well but your Pai was easily the destroyer of your characters. Hope to play you again sometime.

Ironmike: Solid Akira you have there and lost count of how many SPOD's the others and myself took (meaning more than 20 SPOD's), easily better Akira than mine since my Akira flopped mostly out of all my characters. We have to play again sometime.

Jeffahn: I see you have gotten better with your Aoi and Pai; out of your characters they did me the most damage (Damned mid counters). Keep it up and we'll most certainly play again in the future.

Kingsouther: I must admit you took me by surprise when we first played, as well as you using Aoi but I later caught on to what you were doing and what your play style was like. Good Vanessa but need's more combo's. Good Aoi I see a bit of Optimus there but there is room for improvement. We will definitely play again, count on it.

KS just want to confirm, you plan on holding a meet every two weeks if so then I most probably will be coming to the next meet now that I know what sort of time scale I am working with.

Okay mans I'm off to work babysitting again.

had a blast with the guys who showed up. had quite a few good matches at the beginning until everyone figured out my tactics and adapted....... /versus/images/graemlins/confused.gif have to work on that.........

just to let ya know the place did hold 5 people quite well and i think it can hold up to bout 8 with out any problems, apart from getting around peoples bags and shit.....

i hope to be holding another one in bout 2-3 weeks. ill post details here when ive got a few initial plans......
