    Your frame data is incorrect.

Well, at -5 in VF5FS I don't like to go for throw or delay attack mixup anyway because fuzzy is so much easier now. In that situation you and I both know that there is an option select to punish throw whiff and still block any immediate mid attack that comes out. Even at the -6 to -9 range where you would normally use ECDGTE, it doesn't bother me because the throw game is strong enough as it is. The only problem is the balance issue where I agree with everything you said about certain characters just not having good tracking moves to counter this.

The fact that -5 is not a serious nitaku situation anymore seemed outrageous to me looking at it from a VF4 point of view, but I've accepted it at this point. The game is more about fuzzy and guard breaks now and not just pure rock paper scissors like I think VF4 was (without ARE).

Can you please go in details about what's wrong and/or point me where I can find the correct values.

I found a stupid error that misled me to the result of an evade window that dosen't exist. In fact it's like in vanilla where an evade is succesfull if inputted after the opposing's moves.
However the other results should be correct and explained in details here

yeah, its been that way every since after VF4 - for me, defensively, it's best to keep a linear fuzzy guard, pacing in and out of range with a good jab to set me up. when i evade in VF5FS, it's only really for offense to get that garanteed side string, i dont need other inputs, im going for an attack. i rarely evade defensivley in any VF5 unless i box step, you can really play around with your range and space in VF5, use it abuse it.

stay out of range and fuzzy, thats VF5.... which i think has more of a VF3 flavour to it. and i do like the fact that RN is back in VF5FS
