Lion is really strong in FS, not jp players fault if you can't utilize his tools.

I'd like to say GGs to Gully (VA) and Sugata (GO) earlier, who helped me regain my Veteran grade, that G-BLOW so cruelly wiped away last week Was getting sick of seeing that green Warrior text hehe, but nice to find some solid bright green connections for a change!

Regarding Lion, Jinks has a pretty good one stashed away, but unfortunately, I was not able to get such a good line vs him. Rare character for sure, seems great though, guess peeps just don't feel the character design, maybe?

 

It seems that Lion gets away with a lot in lag. Guarded 2P -> CH 2_3P when I try 6P gets boring after awhile.

 

I have tons of weaknesses and am no longer able to go for any higher ranks. I usually try to make up my shortcomings and Lion's low damage output by playing aggressively and end up eating huge combos in the face!

 

Some are stronger and others are weaker but the balance seems fine for me.

Except Akira.

Fuck Akira.

GGs to Libertine. I honestly did not think that I could adapt the way I did in our matches. Also, ~ cancel seems to be a great way to mitigate damage against Brad. Lastly, I think that I almost have the match up figured out. I have to stop your stance fuckery or else I'm SCREWED.

We should play more often.

True enough. If PSN allows for decent matches, we should play sometime.

 

I never said he WASN'T strong. I'm just saying he's far from top tier in this game.

 

That's nice that you think that you have the match figured out, because I know what I'm doing differently the next time we play. : )

Also, I just want to throw out the fact that Brad sort of has a better version of Akira's ~. Just saying...

 

Isn't that what VF's all about? What good is there in fighting someone who never adapts?
