Thanks for the tip. But I already did that before and it still didn't let me log in!! My problem was not on how to display the characters (Because I logged in while in Japan and I know that those two fields are for ISAO user and password), it was just that it wouldn't log in even if I did that.

Or maybe I am not following the right link? Can you please provide the right link for me to check?

I always use: https://vfnet.sega-am2.co.jp./index.html and it works for me. I don't think you need to install the Dreampassport on your computer. Once you set up an account and pay the VF NET access fee you don't have to use it at all. It might be that you need to buy another month or three months of access? That might be harder to do without a japanese o/s computer. But if you think that might be the problem let me know and I'll post the links and steps.

 

What's the message when you can't log in?
One thing I noticed w/ VF.net from a PC - it doesn't pass the URL properly to the next page sometimes, and you'll get a 404. Sometimes it's missing a "/" or even a "." -- very professionally done, no?

 

The characters won't display correctly when I attempt to log in, so I can't tell what type of page I am getting /versus/images/graemlins/frown.gif.

Are you setting your browser to auto-detect?
