The one really positive thing to come out of the Occupy movement is that it is showcasing just how wide the gap is between the people and the tools of the power elite.

Good thing these were just asshole cops with billy clubs and not the private (unaccountable) security firms that are being deployed domestically more and more.

Agreed! I watched this few days ago and thought it was really pointless. Especially when asked what's your favorite game and he said VF4. I really thought the guy asking the questions would dig deeper and VF could finally get some decent exposure since Fuudo is the new Daigo right now. But nope... it was just wishful thinking on my part.

 

I need to marathon a bunch of TED talks. My outlook on humanity and life is always better after watching them haha.

Heh, the one thing that can be said about Warriors of Goja group is that their "performance" (if it can even be called that) will never, ever be copied again on any talent show. That video solidly proves that a highly motivated group will sometimes go to <span style="text-decoration: line-through">psychotic measures</span> great lengths to win prize money.

And I was cracking up at that lady judge who had priceless reactions throughout the show. Classic.
