I've watched through the whole damn "Friday" video but it literally took me hours to accomplish. I stopped at several points of it to facepalm at the horrible lyrics, did something else to get myself out of temporary depression, then went back to the video. Watching the vid is indeed a trial in sanity.

Whenever something on YT is extremely good or bad (the latter is the the case here IMO), it resonates with a lot of different people. Even though I hated the video (watched it in one go, crippled my mind), I have to admit, that the tune is more or less that of Justin Beiber's song. What this means, is that a bunch of retarded people, crazy teens and other kids, will go crazy about it. In essence, the girl possibly just earned herself a lot of cash, be it on parodying or imitating another YT sensation (pronounced as: "YT shitfest").

It is SAD.

I entered a contest for fun and profit (three Kobo e-readers) with a quick cell phone pic I snapped while in Niagara Falls. it aint godly, it's just a photo BUT should it win the e-readers (through voting) I am raffling at least one, likely two (third goes to my wife).

Like I said, it's just for fun. vote or don't, upload your own why not? Delete this if it smacks of bullshit, I'm down with that too.

I honestly hope that chick makes millions of dollars off of this. 40 million views and almost all of them are from people who forget what it is like to be 13 years old. in 9 days since the single has been released she's made almost $50,000 from royalties and gotten the attention of Chris Brown and Simon Cowell - go, go.

Dennis, you are the trailer master. against all expectation I very much enjoyed the trailer to "your highness". one can hope it survives as a full length movie.

Captain America - I'm still on the fence with this. As an aside, Animation on Thor is finishing up this Friday and they're rolling the film into theatres the first weekend of May. new shots were added last minute so there's a huge push to finish the animation in as little time as possible. should be interesting to see how it comes together.

 

Mortal Kombat in 5 minutes. catch up to the craziness so that you can properly enjoy the new version.
