It's the kind of stuff that you say "rabid" fanboys do but here you are basically doing what they do.

And then I got into King of Fighters.

Really, get an emulator for all I care and go through the arcade mode of a random KoF game ('02 or XI is advised, but any will do in a pinch). Shao Khan is pretty easy compared to Magaki, Igniz or their ilk. They are almost unbeatable without using the 1/3 life bonus you get after losing to them, and its 3 vs 1 too!
