I like that tkd vs kung fu vid.

But the tkd guy seems to be pulling his kicks. The shaolin guy on the other hand didn't seem to be pulling his, its a good thing the tkd guy knew how to avoid kicks.

I was hoping to see some good hand techs from the shaolin guy. Too bad he only did kicks, but they were beautifull and powerfull kicks. I wish i could do those.

I want to see tkd vs jkd, 45 kicks vs sidekicks. /versus/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Jason DeLucia comes to mind, but after he got pwned by Royce Gracie about 10 years ago, he took up BJJ.

I thought that was one of the cooler coreographed videos...but if you notice, even within that - it shows the b.s of trying to take on 2 people at once...a lot of times after one guy was attacking at least one of the TKD guys had come behind and very close to the shaolin guy..if he had tackled or started to hit him while the other guy was attacking from the other end...toast!

after that fight he took up BJJ, and then he competed in UFC 2.

the gracie's were not too happy about this. (and yes it is the same guy from pancrase)

They got angry? He became a great ambassador for BJJ....DeLucia is going to be fighting in the next UFC FYI...He has had a HUGE number of fights, only loosing to some of the more standout fighters, like Bass Rutten or Frank Shamrock.

If you watch the royce gracie documentary where he talks about all his ufc fights, he says that he was very surprised that jason delucia signed up for ufc 2, considering that he had beat him so handily before.

and there is no doubt that jason delucia is a strong fighter -- as i said before, incredibly well conditioned.

well apparently this was a national geographic clip in the past, so i trust them not supporting communist ideals during that cold war era. Also the way his neck strains and his face discolors, would be a little too much effort for someone trying to fake it. Study it a bit more, before you shout off stuff you read immediately in the commentary made by some other idiot.

Please, work videos like this are a dime a dozen. Anybody can be taught to look like they are straining.
