Should Dural become a toned competitive character?

"Should Dural become a toned competitive character?"

Dural appears very toned. What should she become? More toned?

 

I wish Dural can be used in the regular match, and she can be shapeshifting into random(or selected) characters on each round.

 

^ She would be like World Heroes' Geegus 3D version.

Why's nobody mentioned the Ogres? There the most like Dural since they have a mishmash of other characters moves with modifications and a few moves of their own. They were considered the strongest in Tekken Tag and were tournament legal.

I wouldn't mind an over the top flashy boss that was playable so long as he/she was balanced in the right way. Dural is a boring design though.
