Sidetopic from VF5:FS - graphics, racism, etc....

To be honest, I don't see how that showcases anything one way or the other about the sound effects. I also don't know what the big deal against the current set of VF sound effects is. Fanboyism aside, they're really not so bad, and I'd say you're reaching by complaining about them. They're no more distracting or bothersome than the "plastic" Virtua look of the characters. But that's just me.

I will say, however, that that video is pretty cool, if a bit anti-climactic at the end. And maybe it'd have been cooler if Lau wasn't dressed the same as Jacky.

 

It only makes it VF cause you're used to it. It could have just as well been nyan-cats.
