Damn...lots of San Fernando Valley play going on...now that I've moved up and west to Thousand Oaks!!!

I'm on strike - ever since I played VF5-360 at E3, I won't touch VF until its release.

I am, however, taking up DOA4 for the time being. WTF is a "free" button?!?! haha

 

LA Akira (gerald) has been having stuff at his house for a while for LA area players, or at least I think he has.

"Free" in DoA means it's used to clear the buffer/delay input for canned strings within the game. Originally in DoA you could only block by holding back/down back. "Free" used to be "Hold" which would automatically parry high and mid attacks when you pressed the button. IMO, older DoA's were much better than DoA4.

Pretty much, haven't heard much from him personally but I assume he is doing alright. Me, Dustin, and Renzo from norcal were talking about CGS when we were down in SD.

 

I'll be there tonight! I can't wait! We'll see how rusty I've gotten (although you won't be able to tell much because I wasn't very good to begin with).

VF madness is gearing up to be in full swing before you know it! SoCal is the place VF5. Things kicked-off well yesterday. Myke has arrived. He, HowBoutSum, GoatCheeseBlues and I got in quite a few fights last night. The VF action continues tonight at El_Brisal73's place. See you all there!
