Soul Calibur series, your thoughts

SCII is one of my favorite game(its the reason as to why i got into VF in the first place). but SCII could have been a lot better if the guard impact isnt so easy to do.

Hmm, interesting to hear other people's opinions and thoughts on Soul Calibur series (I have and enjoy all three but prefer the first one on DC the most). Like you, it's also my second favorite 3d fighting game series.

Back in the late 90s, I actually enjoyed and played more Soul Calibur than Virtua Fighter (never really got into VF3). However, since VF4: Evolution, I feel Sega has regained the throne.
