SSF4 Good Games Thread

Dude, I DEFINITELY agree with you but part of me is still glad they even offer the DLC costumes in the first place. I guess I just hope companies keep supporting DLC more and more in the future... and hopefully settle on a fair price too.

 

Here's my opinion. To encourage people to purchase rather than rent games, they should offer Microsft rebate points on game purchases. This would be great!!!! They could even use this to encourage you to spend your money on DLC. Say i buy street fighter 4, which i did. How great would it be if that came with $5 microsoft rebate dollers, or 500 rebate points, if you will. Then DLC, for example street fighter 4 costume downloads, could be 500 microsoft points and up to half of that could be rebate points-->(250 microsoft points, and 250 rebate points). This way i feel like i got a rebate, and it helps the DLC business in that it encourages me to also spend my real life $2.50 on DLC. If this was the case i garauntee you i would have spent more money on DLC.

 

GGs to ShinobiFist. We had some good matches. I was quiet most of the time because my son is around he mimics everything I say(2yr old). I REALLY don't want him repeating my video game speak. I'll get at you again later.

The amount of ragequits in this game are astounding.... I cant even count the times Ive had people suddenly disconnect when their about to lose.

 

Yeah, the ragequits are plentiful in this game. You would think if they only throw hadoukens and random shoryukens they would save themselves the frustration and go play Viva Pinata. I don't even bother to send them funny messages anymore. There just isn't enough time.

 

I wouldn't mind as much if it was actually people quitting out of rage. Problem is it's people quitting out of fear of losing points... That's soooo much more lame.

On a side note, our budy Darth is a known puller for SF4 too.

 

We had some good battles man. To bad it started lagging when I pick, Vega. That match was too funny. I'll hit you up next time. BTW, I need to get better at mirror matches, lol.

on a related note, The player with the 1# rank in Bp's(50k+) on PSN has been revealed to be a ragequitter on SRK. A video has been posted on youtube as proof.(the cammy player [Allen] is absolutely beastly)

Mista Tee, we've only played a few times in VF but we need to play some SFIV as well. One day when I'm not working too much I'll add you.

 

Time attack is pretty brutal, esp. level 11. My suggestion is to play with Sagat. The DLC gives you all the colors for the alternate outfits right off the bat but you still have to beat time attack to get all the colors for your regular outfight. Its really not that hard just takes long but its was fun and challenging. like I said, Sagat isn't even my main but he is the main. Pick Sagat and you cant go wrong.

 

If anyone from VFDC wants to streetfight let me know. I have a nice Ken

It's pulling... The reason doesn't even matter. I just complaint people for "Cheating" now when I get pulled on. I figure if enough people follow suit, those cord-pulling bastards will get their gamer tags banned.

 

How's your Fei Long coming along Tsua? You were already nice with him the last time we played. I haven't been on in a few while so Balrog needs some major practice.

 

They played several games against me, lost. then pulled halfway through a match, followed by them sending angry and abusive messages. RAGEQUITTING. pretty fucking self explanatory.

 

It's just pulling... They're trying to save their BP. It might make them mad to lose but that's not the reason to actually pull. You pull because you're trying to artificially pump up your rank/BP by cheating like a little biatch...
