GGs to HappyFriend. Goddamn! It's a difference watching you play SF rather than VF! It's interesting though! And funny!

GGs Tanksegundo. I need to figure out a good anti-air in my Chun-Li game. EX Spinning Bird works well, but I obv. can't depend on it for every situation. I didn't realize that Gen's ultra had that kind of range!

GGs to Plague for causing me to lose during matches from PM spams. Much appreciated. Im serious. I love VF, at the expense of some sense and sanity.

GGs to cosby. Man I kept waiting for you to do Hazanshu so I could try and punish you, but I keep getting hit all night long. When I saw you pick Vega I know I was screwed. I just don't have the perseverance to deal with him.

I've been practicing with Gouken a little and he's pretty cool. He's completely different than Ken, Ryu and Akuma... He has no DP but counters instead. His DP motion plus punch is this rushing palm strike that can go through fireballs with the right timing and the EX version allows for combo follow-ups.

The counters are pretty deadly cause the moment your opponent gets predictable, you can crush them. He has some good mix-ups too. Angled fireballs are too fun! Especially cause you can charge it and wait for them to jump and unleash when you know it'll hit.

I played this Guile player in a ranked match and he could not stop himself from trying j.hk> c.hk over and over... It's so easy to kill with Gouken cause the second hit is the most predictable follow-up in the game. If you block the first hit you can low counter it every time.

After I whooped him, he messaged me that "Gouken was cheesy etc." I just wrote "don't keep spamming c.hk if I'm killing it like that. If you are doing something and I'm shutting it down, you HAVE TO adjust. Otherwise it's just bad play... It has nothing to do with my character..."

Nope... I think he knew I was right. He's plays a lot but he is addicted to low roundhouse and can't stop himself. It's almost SF's 2p in my mind...

Most of the guile players that play me always depend on the c HK and blocking it gets really old but that is what they do. I am really starting to get a feel for him though I am thinking about making guile my second character since I beat a really great blanka with him today and aside from my Chun li no other character is working well for me right now.

I have found a disturbing trend in my SF4 playing (yes, i finally broke down and bought it since no one plays vf5 anymore).
the trend is this: i can't fucking do 236 236 moves with my $130.00 hori real arcade pro.ex stick. My cheap ass thumb stick on stock controller is no problem. I cannot stress how disappointing this is. It always ends up coming out as somethin something 263 ppp/kkk. It sucks. With my high priced stick i cannot do ultra combos. Has anyone else found this difficult to do on sticks???????????
and ggs to cozby, my first and so far only opponent on xbl for sf4.

You could always try a charge character like bison or blanka. Your stick should make those moves so much easier than doing it with a pad and all you would have to do is /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/b_.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/b.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif or /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/db_.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/db.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/uf.gif to do ultras.

Ggs social. I was thinking to myself, "damn, i'd so much rather be playing VF with him right now." We must hook-up on that soon for some Lei on Lei.

GGs to big homie Shinobifist lots of interesting stuff was going on. It was funny cuz i noticed that you stopped jumping completely at the end, and then you started pounding my face!
Claw's wake-up defense is totally shit. He used to be able to activate and descend from jumping fast, even fast enough to force an overhead on a sweep at around +-0, but now I can't depend on that.
The hitboxes of Claw's flipkick are wacky, but it works very well if you catch someone as they're ascending, even from a good distance. It typically loses in clashes against descending jumping attacks, and it's pretty terrible as a wake-up reversal. So basically, the box angles out at an upward 45 degree angle, anyone above or below that arc is fuckin him up. If you crouch, it typically wont connect at all. I had to utilize sky claw and izuna drop more.
I love chun's hazanshu though; that shit is a safe, strong miracle.
