Well...I THINK I'm still alive. Hehe. Anyway, sorry for not returning your call Friday, Red. I didn't get the message til late. Anyway, I'm going to try to start working out again during the week but if anyone wants to play after say 9 or 10 PM I'll be up for that. I might be free Friday night...have a wedding practice (not me, thankfully) to go to but it shouldn't take too long. Let me know if anyone's game...

Tim had suggested trying to have one in late August-early September. He will be moved into his house by then and would be able to let some out-of-town people stay over there. Anyway, we're going to spread the word around soon to see if there would be enough interest to warrant going through all the trouble.

Sounds good to me... I am looking at a car after work today I might grab so hopefully I will be back in action by friday.

 

I'll probably be up for Friday night as well. Bad man: The old girl finally die out on you? Hehe. I just went through a similar situation about a month ago. Also, were either of you planning to go to TiT4? I'm still undecided since it will be Tekken only.

 

Wasnt as much the car dying as much as another car killing it. On the way to work friday when it was raining, a big rig was doing a u-turn in the street and when i tried to stop it slid right into the side of the trailer and the whole front half was under the guys trailer... he was so out of it he finished the u-turn and parked his truck with me under it, said he never realized there was an accident. The jackoff almost killed me, but atleast i'm getting a new car out of it...

As far as TiT4, i'm not sure if its worth the time or not. It just kills me to take time off work to go down there when i don't like 95% of the people on zaibatsu, so much cockiness... not to mention there is no doubt in my mind that I won't do that well since I hardly play anymore. *shrug*

 

Yeah...I agree with you about TiT4. The Zaibatsu crowd doesn't bother me TOO much though. Hehe. I think I'll just save the cash for a trip later on in the year. Tim was talking about a big gathering in New York later on in the summer and maybe taking a few trips to Chicago to play Shota (the guy who won the E6 VF4 tourney). I think either of those would better than driving all the way to Dallas for Tekken.

 

Hello guys, I will be in STL from this Thursday. I am looking for some competitions, especially on Thursday and Friday since I will be really *free* those couple days *cough*. Just wondering if any of you will have time for a couple round of VF?

i was just wondering if you wanted to play mike, he pretty much raped everyone with everyone he played, but we learnt a lot from him. he left now but i think we will have a hook up soon. i'll give you a call when there is one.
