Well, since it now looks like the Omaha group is gonna be waiting on me to get off of work before leaving, I'm going in to work early tomorrow (06:00ish) so I can get out of here, kiss my wife good-bye, and we can get on the road as soon as possible. I expect that we'll be out and running by 3:30-4:00 PM at the latest...

VF Camp

Good games to everyone at VF Camp over the weekend. All we needed was a campfire and some marshmallows. /versus/images/icons/wink.gif Hopefully, we can get up to Omaha sometime for another gathering. Big thanks to Tim and Meg for hosting and feeding everybody...good shit.

STL Gathering

It was great to see the Omaha crew (minus Omaha Mimic /versus/images/icons/cool.gif ) again. Hopefully this will be the start of many more midwest gatherings. A big thanks go to K.O. and his wife for hosting the event as well as being extremely hospitable. I suspect that everyone had a good time. /versus/images/icons/smile.gif

Yeah a really good time was had by all of clan omaha. Good games good sandwhiches and black tar heroin. Well maybe not so much the last part Thanks Tim and Shou for trash talking with me on irc enough to get me to make a drive down. Now if you can just get those Tekken kids to grow dicks and learn a real game everything should be fine.

Good shit to everybody, period. I had a blast, and I wanna thank Tim and Megumi for throwing down, it was quite a good time and will always be appreciated. Omaha, nice seeing and exhanging words with you, I didn't really make a chance for myself to introduce myself to you guys, and I apologize.

Chris of Omaha (GGXX) - Good games, good fun! If my attitude was a bit down, I really apologize. I was tired at that point and I can be less than social when I'm like that.

Since I didn't get to really meet anyone else from Omaha, my name's Aaron. I was the bum practicing Sol's corner loop combo and the only one there who stuck on GGXX and didn't play anything else (a little VF Jerky, but not much. Way fun).

Good spirits, everyone. Hopefully shindigs like this can go down more often.

Im just glad you werent mad at me. My style in some games tends to infuriate some people. You should really learn vf more though Ist a better game GGXX is too cheap.

Mad? Nah, not mad. If your playstyle frustrates people, remember, that's more often than not a GOOD thing.

And as far as GGXX goes, I'm gonna let it enjoy its run until VF pulls me in completely...it's a slow process, but I see it happening eventually.

There is a gathering going on tonight(8:30)!!! I would of posted earlier, but school has me tied down now. /versus/images/icons/frown.gif I should be able to sneak in one night on the weekends, but that's about it for awhile. At least we can make them 15 hour sessions!! /versus/images/icons/smile.gif
