    What about having separate XBL and PSN champions too? I agree that the best of the best should be on both consoles, but not everyone owns both consoles. Suppose someone goes undefeated all season, but only has PS3? Shouldn't that at least count for something?

    Having it on both consoles didn't help in the beginning, so why repeat history?
    Bstar is too nice, but I'll be the voice of reason.

    I for one say we do a majority vote on which system everyone should move over too.
    It will help out the current vf status of being dead and allow players to play people they have never met. Plus, the danisen style adds new flavor! Put these together and your lions just might form lions blazing sword!?

    If your not willing to spend a little to help the community grow maybe you should be at goodwill for free handouts.

    I agree with Tim. Vote for which 1 system it should be on. People say PSN is lousy online anyway,lol. Also it will also be easier for Bstar to run this thing and he wont burn himself out if its only on Xbox.

    1 system would be ideal. Also last generation systems are super cheap right especially with Black Friday coming around. I'm pretty sure Gamestop will be selling used Xbox360's for like $60 next week. Perfect time to pick one and get everyone playing on the same system.

    Well, I found out late last night that I won't be able to play on Sundays until around 10:30 pm ET at the earliest, starting tonight. And I fear this may be a weekly thing instead of a rare occurrence. If so, there is no way I can continue to participate in RAW for this season. :meh:

    ok, i'll go ahead and update the stuff now. gimmie about a half hour or so.

    I won't be able to change it this week, but next week, we can try starting it later, like at 8 or 9pm EST, depending on how you and everyone else feels about it. We can go over it after this RAW

    Doing two systems is kind of annoying, tbh, lol. Also, everyone on PSN is already playing on XBL except Snake Boss, masterpo, and (recently) DaRockReaper. I definitely appreciate those three signing up, but it seems like there's not enough interest in PSN RAW RanBats to support it.

    I'll give it a few more days, but unless there's a bunch of new PSN sign-ups soon, I'll think about dropping PSN to focus on making the XBL RanBats even better for everyone.

    Alright people, here's how things are gonna work tonight:


    • R.A.W. #52 RanBats starts tonight at 7pm EST!

    • Please be present in my twitch chat room(preferred), or at least on the VFDC shoutbox. This is in order to make scheduling invites and matches much easier for everyone involved.
      • If you are absolutely, positively unable to be present in either my twitch chat room or the shoutbox, let me know in the comments here or via XBL/PSN (send a message saying 'Please message me here.'), and we will work with you.
      • @DigitlSamurai, your case is taken care of.

    • Send me either a message or friend request to either my XBL name (BLACKSTAR84i), PSN name (oBLACKSTARo), or both, in order for me to send you an invite to the RAW RanBats room(s).

    • There will be SIX rooms tonight on RAW. They will be on a (loosely) scheduled time. If you prefer, come join us during your scheduled time.


    • PSN rooms start at 7pm EST.
    • XBL rooms start at around 8pm EST.
    • Please be online and available at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled room starts.
    • If you don't make it in the room within 5 minutes after your scheduled time was supposed to start the room will start WITHOUT you!
    • If you are having problems during the room set, and you are unable to play, we will either skip your turn or KICK YOU OUT.
    • Please understand that this format is new to everyone, including me. Things may run late.
    • PLEASE CHECK THE SCHEDULE AND MAKE SURE YOU ARE ON THE LIST.

    • Once two people per room Rank UP, the current room will be DISBANDED and the next room will start.
    • If there is a problem in the room, or if someone needs to be kicked out, the current room will be DISBANDED and everyone still eligible for the room will be re-invited.
    • The first two people who make it in the room will be the first ones to fight. The winner of that set will then fight the next person down the list, and so on, until someone gains enough points for Rank UP.
      • The exception is @BLACKSTAR, who will always be last on the list to fight.
    • Each set between two players will be First To 2 wins. Winning the FT2 = +1 point. +3 points = Rank UP.
    • Losing the FT2 = -1 point.

    Ok we tried on psn. Sometimes its more laggy then other times, more on the weekends. If you are going to do FT 5-10s then I would do those on psn. that is one of the reasons I do not have my computer on for stream and even chat because it adds to the lag. It is just you said we have to come in to the chat room so that is why I turned it on. After I turned it off it was better when I did some matches with adam in pm. So yea is what it is, good try though trying to have it on psn. It is not even all about the lag but the people who were supposed show up did not show. So there is no point in doing your ranking matches with 2 or 3 people. You can still do FT10s though. Either way its all good.
